Վիեննայում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունները վկայում են Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից համաձայնության գալու պատրաստակամության մասին։ Այս մասին Դաշնությունների խորհրդի էջի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է խորհրդի միջազգային հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Կոսնտանտին Կոսաչովը, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։
«Վիեննայում ղարաբաղյան խնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցություններին հետեւելով՝ հերթական անգամ ինձ բռնեցի այն մտքի  վրա, որ գրեթե միանման եմ ընկալում հակամարտող կողմերի դիրքորոշումները»,- գրել է սենատորը։

Նրա կարծիքով ընկալման նման երկատումը  միայն ընդգծում է, որ այս հակամարտության մեջ «միակ ճիշտը» գոյություն չունի։ Դա նշանակում է, որ միեւնույնն է ստիպված ենք փոխզիջումներ փնտրել։ Ընդ որում, այնտեղ, որտեղ կողմերին դժվար է գնալ փոխզիջումների, պետք է օգնության գան միջնորդները։ «Ռուսաստանին պետք չէ կողմերից մեկի հաղթանակը, նրան կայուն, երկու կողմերին բավարարող խաղաղություն է պետք, որը բացառում է ուժային ցանկացած լուծում»,- նշել է Կոսաչովը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Վիեննայում հաջողվել է համաձայնության գալ շատ հարցերի շուրջ։ Առաջին հերթին՝ հաստատել հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանելու ցանկությունը, պահպանել այն 1994-1995-ի պայմաններով։ Առավելագույնս գործի դնել ԵԱՀԿ-ն միջադեպերի հետաքննության համար։ «Միջնորդների առաքելությունն անխոս կարեւոր է, սակայն գլխավոր աշխատանքը պետք է կատարեն հակամարտության կողմերը»,- ընդգծել է նա։

Նրա կարծիքով դրա համար կան նախադրյալներ։ Կոսաչովը ողջունել է հայ պատգամավորների որոշումը ԼՂՀ անկախությունը ճանաչելու օրինագիծը օրակարգում չընդգրկելու մասին։ «Ես հասկանում եմ, որ շատերը կցանկանային այդ ճանաչումը։ Բայց նրանք որոշում կայացրեցին հօգուտ խաղաղ կարգավորման, այլ ոչ թե միակողմանի գործողությունների։ Ազդանշաններ կան նաեսւ Բաքվից, որ նրանք պատրաստ են համաձայնության գալ։ Մենք նրանց լսում ենք եւ պատրաստ ենք պաշտպանել»,- եզրափակել է նա։
