Ընդունելության քննությունների ողջ գործընթացը կլինի կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում. ՀՀ վարչապետ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել 2016թ. միասնական քննությունների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են «Գնահատման և թեստավորման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ղեկավարությունը և քննական կենտրոնների ղեկավարները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ պետական ավարտական և միասնական քննությունները համապետական նշանակության միջոցառում են և գտնվում են հասարակության ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
«Վերջին տարիներին ընդունելության քննությունների հետ կապված շատ խնդիրներ ստացել են համակարգային լուծումներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությունների անցկացման գործընթացի թափանցիկության բարձրացումը, համակարգչային տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ գնահատման օբյեկտիվությունը, արդյունքների՝ առանց հապաղելու հրապարակումը հնարավորություն տվեցին հասնելու թերևս ամենակարևորին՝ հասարակության մեջ քննությունների հետ կապված լարվածության նվազմանը և քննությունների ընթացքի և արդյունքների նկատմամբ վստահության աճին»,- ասել է վարչապետը:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը քննական կենտրոնների ղեկավարներին է ներկայացրել իր նկատառումները. «Ինչպես անցած տարի, այս տարի ևս քննությունների ողջ գործընթացը կլինի կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Չնայած վերջին տարիներին միասնակ ան քննությունների ժամանակ լուրջ խնդիրներ չեն առաջացել, այնուամենայնիվ, հորդորում եմ ձեզ այս տարի ևս լինել զգոն և կազմակերպված: Քննությունները պետք է ընթանան բացառապես թափանցիկ և արժանահավատ՝ զերծ անօրինական երևույթներից:
Դրա հիմնական պատասխանատուն դուք եք: Քննական կենտրոնի ղեկավարը պետք է գերազանց տիրապետի ողջ գործընթացին, կարողանա հայտնաբերել խնդիրները և արագ լուծումներ տալ դրանց»: Կառավարության ղեկավարը ներկաներին հորդորել է լինել անաչառ, հանդուրժող և բարեհամբույր ծնողների ու դիմորդների նկատմամբ. «Շատ կ արևոր է, որ քննասենյակում դիմորդը իրեն զգա բարեհաճ մթնոլորտում:
Ձեր արդյունավետ գործունեությամբ դուք պետք է նպաստեք քննական գործընթացում փոխըմբռնմանը, վստահության և հարգանքի մթնոլորտի ձևավորմանը, յուրաքանչյուր դիմորդի համար հավասար պայմանների ստեղծմանը՝ իրենց գիտելիքները և կարողությունները լավագույն ձևով դրսևորելու համար: Այս առումով միասնական քննությունների անցկացումն այն առանցքային փուլն է, որի արդար կազմակերպումն առողջ մրցակցային պայմաններ կստեղծի դիմորդների միջև և հնարավորություն կտա մեր բուհերը համալրել արժանի ուսանողներով»,- շեշտել է վարչապետը:
Նշելով, որ հարցը քննարկվել է ՀՀ Նախագահի հետ եւ անդրադառնալով Նախագահի փետրվարի 12-ի ելույթին ու կառավարության նիստում իր հայտարարությանը ՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդգծել է, որ շատ լուրջ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվելու հնչեցված բոլոր ուղղություններով:
«Գնահատման և թեստավորման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Գագիկ Մելիքյանը զեկուցել է, որ ընթացակարգով նախատեսված 2016 թ. միասնական քննությունների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները կատարված են և այդ առումով որևէ խնդիր չկա:
