Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել Ալիև-Սարգսյան հանդիպմանը:

«Ես չեմ կարծում, որ որևէ հակամարտության մեջ կարելի է գտնել վերջնական և անհերքելի երաշխիքներ: Անգամ, եթե տեսականորեն ենթադրենք, որ իրագործվի հռչակված պլանն ու մշտադիտարկում լինի, ֆիքսվեն կողմերի խախտումները, հասցեագրեն խախտողին, ընդլայվի ԵԱՀԿ-ի առաքելությունը ռազմաճակատում»,- ասաց Զուրաբյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ վերոհիշյալ գործընթացները կարող են լինել լավը և կանխարգելիչ, բայց չեն կարող մինչև վերջ կանխել հակամարտության թեժացումը, քանի որ հակամարտության պատճառները շատ ավելի խորքային են: «Ուստի բնական է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը փնտրում է զինադադարի ամրապնդման և խաղաղ կարգավորման լուծումները և դրա մասին էլ հայտարարել են: Պետք է հետևենք իրավիճակին, մոտակա ամիսներին կերևա, թե այդ իրավիճակն ուր է տանում», – հավելեց ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:

Պարոն Զուրաբյանն ընդգծեց՝ խոսքը գնում է ռազմական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման մասին, որում ՀԱԿ-ն իր առաքելությունը տեսնում է պետական իշխանության դիրքերն ամրացնելու և իշխանություններին չքննադատելու մեջ:

Հարցին՝ ե՞րբ է Արցախը վերադառնալու բանակցությունների սեղանին, Լևոն Զուրաբյանը պատասխանեց. «Դեռ 1998 թվականի աշնանը ԼՂՀ հարցի կարգավորման պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթն ուղարկվում էր 3 կողմերին՝ Երևան, Բաքու, Ստեփանակերտ: Որևէ կողմի մերժումով այդ պլանը տապալվում էր: Հիմա այդպես չէ, հիմա պլանը համաձայնեցվում է Բաքվի և Երևանի հետ, ինչը բանակցությունների համար շատ վատ զարգացում է: Դա նշանակում է, որ մենք դիվանագիտական ասպարեզում ձախողում ունեցանք:Սա քիվեսթյան գործընթացի պատճառով եղավ: Հիմա սա անցյալում է, այսօր չգիտեմ՝ որքանով է իրատեսական, որ Արցախը կարող է արագ միանալ բանակցություններին:

Կարծում եմ՝ հնարավոր է որոշակի զարգացումներից հետո, այս մասին խոսել են նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները: Ըստ իս՝ կլինի խաղաղ կարգավորում որոշակի փուլերից հետո»:
