««Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ՀՀ Աժ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Լյովա Խաչատրյանը կրկին վերադառնալու է Արագածոտնի մարզ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ Լյովա Խաչատրյանը մինչև 2012 թվականը երկու անգամ մեծամասնական ընտրակաոգով պատգամավոր է դարձել հենց Արագածոտնի մարզն ընդգրկող ընտրատարածքից։ Սակայն 2012 թվականին նա մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով պատգամավոր դարձավ Երեւանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանն ընդգրկող թիվ 12 ընտրատարածքից։
Ինչպես հայտնի Է՝ Աժ ընտրություններին մասնակցել ցանկացող կուսակցություններից յուրաքանչյուրը Հայաստանի 13 ընտրատարածքներից ամեն մեկը պետք է առաջադրի առնվազն հինգ պատգամավորության թեկնածու։ Ուստի արդեն իսկ հայտնի Է, որ ԲՀԿ-ի թեկնածուներից մեկը լինելու Է հենց Լյովա Խաչատրյանը։ Երբ «ժոդովուրդ»–ը Լյովա Խաչատրյանից փորձեց մեկնաբանություն ստանալ իր սիրելի Ապարան «վերադառնալու» առնչությամբ, ի պատասխան՛ նա ասաց. «Կոնկրետ Ապարան հասկացողություն չկա, կա Արագածոտնի մարզ հասկացողություն, որի մեջ մտնում է նաեւ Ապարանը։ Ես առաջադրվելու եմ, նման հասկացողություն չկա։ Կա կոնկրետ ընտրատարածք, որտեղ առաջադրվում են՝ համաձայն ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքի»»,–գրում է թերթը։
