Ադրբեջանը հետ է կանգնել Վիեննայում Կասպշիկի գրասենյակի առնչությամբ պայմանավորվածությունից

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն դեմ է արտահայտվել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկի գրասենյակի լիազորությունների ավելացմանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ադրբեջանական ANS գործակալությանը տված մեկնաբանության մեջ ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, արտաքին կապերի բաժնի ղեկավար Նովրուզ Մամեդովը:
Մեկնաբանելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հայտարարությունը` նա ասել է. «Անջեյ Կասպշիկի լիազորություններում առարակայական փոփոխություններ չեն կարող լինել: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվածը Մինսկի խմբի դիրքորոշումն է, մենք այս հարցում որևէ պատասխանատվություն չենք վերցրել մեզ վրա»:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրները Վիեննայում մայիսի 16-ին կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքներովհայտարարություն էին տարածել: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր. «ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին, ՌԴարտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Ֆրանսիայի եվրոպական հարցերով պետքարտուղար Արլեմ Դեզիրը, ներկայացնելովԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրները, մայիսի 16-ին հանդիպել են Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ևԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ` առաջ մղելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանգործընթացը: Նրանք վերահաստատել են, որ հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի և պնդել են 1994թ. զինադադարիև 1995թ. զինադադարի ամրապնդման մասին համաձայնագրերի անշեղ իրագործման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Նախագահները վերահաստատել են հանձնառությունը հրադադարի պահպանմանն ու հակամարտության խաղաղկարգավորմանը: Հետագա բռնությունների ռիսկը կրճատելու համար նրանք համաձայնել են հնարավորինս կարճժամանակում ամբողջացնել հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրումը: Նախագահները նաև համաձայնել են ԵԱՀԿգործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի թիմի կարողությունների ավելացման շուրջ: Նրանքհամաձայնել են նաև անհայտ կորած անձանց տվյալների փոխանակմանը Կարմիր խաչի հովանու ներքո, որի շուրջնախագահները համաձայնություն էին ձեռք բերել նաև 2014թ. հոկտեմբերին Փարիզի գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ:
Նախագահները համաձայնել են հակամարտության բազմակողմանի լուծման հասնելու բանակցությունների վերսկսմաննպատակով անցկացնել քննարկումների հաջորդ փուլը, որը կկայանա հունիսին, վայրը դեռևս պետք է համաձայնեցվի»:
