Ինչու՞ է մելանոման այդքան վտանգավոր

Մելանոման քաղցկեղի տարատեսակ է, որն ամենից ավելի հեշտ է նկատել, չէ որ սովորաբար մելանոման վնասում է մաշկը: Մելանոմայի վիրահատական հեռացումը եւս անհամեմատ ավելի հեշտ է, քան ուռուցքների հեռացումը, այսպես ասած, դժվար հասանելի տեղերում: Այնուամենայնիվ, մելանոման քաղցկեղի ամենավտանգավոր տեսակներից է համարվում: Ինչու՞: NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցին այդ հարցը պարզաբանել օգնեց ուռուցքաբան եւ քիմիաթերապեւտ Արմեն Ավագյանը:
Մելանոմայի վաղ ախտորոշման դեպքում այն լիովին հաջող բուժվում է եւ մաշկից մելանոմայի հեռացումն իրոք անհամեմատ ավելի հեշտ է, քան այլ օրգաններից ուռուցքների հեռացումը: Սակայն մելանոմայի ուշ ախտորոշումը կարող է հանգեցնել անշրջելի հետեւանքների, իսկ հաջող բուժման հավանականությունը ուշ ախտորոշման դեպքում շատ փոքր է:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ չնայած մելանոման վնասում է մաշկը եւ տեսանելի է նույնիսկ անզեն աչքի համար, ոչ միշտ են հիվանդները ժամանակին բժշկի դիմում: Ոմանք գաղափար չունեն, թե ինչպես է հայտնվում մելանոման, այդ պատճառով անտեսում են այնպիսի վտանգավոր ախտանիշներ, ինչպիսիք են մարմնի խալերի գույնի, ձեւերի եւ չափի փոփոխությունը: Ուրիշները հույս ունեն, որ մաշկի վրա այդ անհասկանալի գոյացությունը ինքն իրեն կանցնի, իսկ փոփոխված խալը վաղ թե ուշ առաջվանը կդառնա եւ բժշկի չեն գնում: Դրա հետեւանքով ամբողջ աշխարհում բժիշկները հաճախ բախվում են առաջացած գոյացությունների, որոնք մետաստազներ են տվել եւ այլեւս բուժման ենթակա չեն:
Սովորաբար մելանոման բավականին արագ է առաջընթաց ապրում եւ, ինչպես նշել է մասնագետը, արյան միջոցով տարածվում է ամբողջ մարմնով եւ կարող է արագ վնասել ամբողջ օրգանիզմը եւ առանձին կարեւոր օրգաններ: Հենց այդ պատճառով մելանոմայի վաղ ախտորոշումն այդքան կարեւոր է. ցանկալի է բուժումը սկսել ավելի վաղ, քան հիվանդությունը կսկսի վնասել այլ օրգանները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս բժշկի դիմել խալի գույնի, ձեւի, ուրվագծերի, խտության փոփոխության դեպքում: Իհարկե, այդ բոլոր փոփոխությունները ոչ միշտ են մելանոմա մատնանշում, սակայն համենայն դեպս արժե խալը ցույց տալ դերմատոլոգին կամ օնկոդերմատոլոգին, որը կկարողանան հաստատել կամ բացառել մելանոման:
