Օրվա ընթացքում կում-կում խմեք այն: Անհրաժեշտ է, որ խառնուրդը գոլ լինի:
Բրոնխների վիճակը լավացնելու համար պետք է ինհալացիաներ կատարել
Տաքացրեք 2լ ջուրը և ավելացրեք 100գ նվենու տերևներ:
Գլխին սրբիչ գցեք և գլուխը մոտեցրեք խառնուրդով լի տարային:
Պրոցեդուրան կրկնեք օրը 2 անգամ և կնկատեք փոփոխությունը:
