Ալիևը Թուրքիային և Վրաստանին փորձում է ներքաշել մի գործընթացի մեջ, որում նշված պետությունները «գառանտ» կկանգնեն ադրբեջանի անվտանգությանը և ճնշում կգործադրեն Հայաստանի վրա:
Մեր կարևորագույն հաղթաթղթերից մեկը դա Մինգեչաուրի ամբարտակի հրետանակոծության սպառնալիքն է, ադրբեջանական նավթահորերի և գազամուղների հրատանակոծությունն է: Ասավածը առավել պատկերավոր ներկայացնելու համար վերհիշենք ապրիլյան մարտերը, երբ ադրբեջանը հայտարարեց Ստեփանակերտը հրետանակոծելու մասին, ինչին անգամ ոչ պաշոնական կերպով իպատասխան ասվեց 'թող փորձեն', սա լուրջ ազդակ հանդիսացավ նրանց համար և իհարկե ռիսկի չդիմեցին: Այս փաստը հաշվի առնելով, որքան էլ որ ազգովի ադրբեջանցիներին թերագնահատում ենք, ալիևյան կլանը դիմել է շատ ճկուն քաղաքականության, որը զսպաշապիկ կհագցնի Հայաստանին: Արդեն իսկ ավարտին է մոտենում Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Ջեյհան նավթամուղի և Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Էրզրում գազամուղի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Այս քայլով ադրբեջանը արցախյան հակամարտության մեջ ոչ ուղղակի կերպով ներքաշեց Վրաստանին և Թուրքիային: Մեր կարևորագույն հաղթաթղերից 2-ը ( նավթամուղ, գազամուղ), որոնց գործի դնելուց ադրբեջանը քաղաքականապես ցավոտ և տնտեսակա կործանարար հարված կստանար, այժմ այդքան էլ հաղթաթուղթ չէ, քանի որ հրետանակոծելով նավթամուղերն ու գազամուղները մենք մասնակիորեն հարված կհասցնենք նաև Վրաստանին և Թուրքիային, քանի որ Գաբալայում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման շրջանակներում ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի և Թուրքիայի Պնախարարները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել անցկացնել զորավարժություններ, որոնք ենթադրում են վերոնշյալ նավթագազամուղների խողովակաշարերի պաշտպանությունը: Մեր ԱԳՆ-ն հանձինս նշված պետություններում հայստանի դեսպանների անհավանական էին համարում այս քաղաքական 'պռոեկտը', սակայն ալիևը հասկանալով 'պռոեկտի' կարևորությունն ու լրջությունը ամեն ինչ արեց հասնելու մի 'սոյուզի', որը բխում է ադրբեջանի անվտանգության շահերից: Մի խոսքով ադրբեջանական նավթահորերի և գազամուղների հրետանակոծությունը այլևս Հայաստանի համար հաղթաթուղթ չէ: Մնացել է միայն Մինգեչաուրի ամբարտակի հրետանակոծության սպառնալիքը, սակայն չի կարելի բացառել, որ մի օր էլ դա կարող է իչիք դառնալ: Ասենք ադրբեջանը որոշի, որ Մինգեչաուրի ամբարտակը նվիրում է ԱՄՆ-ին ինշան 'դարավոր' բարեկամության:
