Թոմ Քրուզը Լոս Անջելեսի տունը վաճառել Է 40 մլն դոլարով

Ամերիկացի դերասան Թոմ Քրուզը Լոս Անջելեսի օկրուգի Բեւեռլի Հիլզ քաղաքում գտնվող իր կալվածքը վաճառել Է 40 մլն դոլարով: Անշարժ գույքը նրան Էր պատկանում 10 տարի եւ այդ ժամանակաշրջանում թանկացել Է գրեթե ութ մլն դոլարով: Տունը գնել Է միլիարդատեր Լեոն Բլեքը, հաղորդում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով TMZ-ին:
10 000 քառակուսի ֆուտից (շուրջ 3 հազար քառակուսի մետր) ավելի տարածք ունեցող առանձնատունը՝ սեփական լողավազանով, թենիսի կորտով եւ հյուրերի համար նախատեսված առանձին քոթեջներով, դերասանը ձեռք Էր բերել 2007 թվականին 32,5 մլն դոլարով: Քրուզն այս տանն ապրում Էր իր տիկնոջ՝ դերասանուհի Քեթի Հոլմսի հետ:
Սկզբնապես լոտը վաճառքի Էր դրվել 45 մլն դոլարով, բայց այն նշված գումարով գնելու ցանկացողներ չգտնվեցին:
Քրուզը հաջորդաբար ազատվում Է Լոս Անջելեսում իր ունեցած անշարժ գույքից. 2015 թվականին նա 11,4 մլն դոլարով վաճառել Էր Հոլիվուդյան բլուրների վրա գտնվող կալվածքը: Տան նոր տիրուհին դարձել Է դերասանուհի, «Հանդուգն տնային տնտեսուհիները» հեռուստասերիալի աստղ Եվա Լոնգորիան:
