Առաքել Մովսիսյանի ևս մեկ բարեկամի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ Է հարուցվել.«Ժողովուրդ»

««ժողովուրդ»–ին Միհրան Մովսիսյանի որդու գործունեությունից աղմկալի մանրամասներ հայտնի դարձան։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Միհրան Մովսիսյանի որդու՝ Ռոբերտ Մովսիսյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ Է հարուցվել, որն արդեն նախաքննության ավարտից հետո ուղարկվել Է դատարան։
Ինչ պատմության մեջ է ընկել ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի բարեկամը։ «ժողովուրդ»–ի աղբյուրների փոխաևցմամբ՝ Ռոբերտ Մովսիսյանը տարիներ առաջ զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Ենթակայության տակ գտնվող քրեակատարողա– կան վարչության օպերատիվ բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի, ինչպես նաև քրևս– կատարողական վարչության անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի պաշտոնները։
Եվ ահա, գլխավոր մասնագետ լինելու գայթակղությունը թույլ Է տվել նրան որոշակի արտոնություններ ունենալ և որոշ դատապարտյալների համար, այսպես ասած, հարցեր լուծել։
«ժողովուրդ»–ի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջինս 2010 թվականին «Կոշ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում 9 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման դատապարտված մի դատապարտյալի՝ իբր պատժից պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման հարցի լուծման համար գործարք Է առաջարկել։ Նա ասել Է, թե իբր փաստաբանների միջոցով, դատական կարգով կարող Է այնպես անել, որ դատապարտյալը վաղաժամկետ ազատ արձաւ վի։ Ըստ Էության, Ռոբերտ Մովսիսյան դատապարտյալին այդ առաջարկն անէ լով՝ գումար ստանալու ակնկալիք Է ուԱ ցել, ինչը դատապարտյալը չի մերժել։ Հս նուն ազատության պատրաստ Է եղէ վճարել այն գինը, ինչ կասի Մովսիսյանը
Ահա այսպես, Մովսիսյանը դատապարտյալի հարազատներից տարբեր օրէ րին գումար Է ստացել՝ պատճառաբանէ լով թե իբր ազատության հարցի լուծմա համար անհրաժեշտ Է մոտ 20.000 ՍԱ1 դոլար։ Աակայն տեղեկություններ կան. ո Ռոբերտը իրականում որևէ քայլ չի արէ դատապարտյալին ազատելու համա| պարզապես օգտագործելով իր դիրք խաբել Է նրան, ինչը հաջողվել Է։
Իսկ արդյո՛ք Միհրան Մովսիսյանի որդին ընդունել Է իրեն առաջադրված -1 ղադրանքը։ «ժողովուրդ»–ը իր լավատև յակ աղբյուևերից պարզեց, որ նա իրեն մ1 ղավոր Է ճանաչել և տվել Է ցուցմունք, թ ինչպես Է ամեն ինչ տեղի ունեցել։
«ժողովուրդ»–ը պարզեց, որ 2016 թվս կանի մարտի 21-ին այս փաստի առթի հարուցված քրեական գործը ուղարկվել Աջափնյակ Ել Ռավթաշեն վարչական շ| ջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դս տարան, գործը գլխավորում Է դատավո Արմեն Խաչատրյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
