«Երկու օր առաջ «Հրապարակը» գրել էր, որ ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի հորեղբորորդին՝ Արցախյան ազատամարտի և կանանց միության նախագահ, «Մարտական խաչ» առաջին աստիճանի շքանշանակիր Միհրան Մովսիսյանն է ձերբակալվել։ Նախնական տեղեկություններով, նա փորձել է Հայաստանից 200 մլն. դոլարի ուրան հանել և ապօրինի ճանապարհով իրացնել Թբիլիսիում։ Երեկ մենք փորձեցինք մանրամասներ իմանալ այս արտառոց գործի մասին։ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունում վստահեցնում են, որ ատոմակայանից հնարավոր չէ ուրան դուրս բերել։ Պատասխանելով մեր հարցին, թե ինչպես կարող էին հայ մաքսանենգները, որոնց թվում է Միհրան Մովսիսյանը, ատոմակայանից ուրան դուրս բերել, նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Վասակ Թարփոշյանն ասաց. «Դա բացառվում է»։ Իսկ թե որն է վստահ լինելու հիմքը, և արդյոք Էներգետիկայի նախարարությունն անցկացրել Է ծառայողական քննություն այս հարցի շուրջ, նա չպատասխանեց։

Խնդրի շուրջ աղմուկը բարձրացավ միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ պարզվեց, որ Միհրան Մովսիսյանը ձերբակալվածների թվում է։ Միհրան Մովսիսյանի մասին հակասական տեղեկություններ կան՝ Արցախի ազատամարտին հերոսաբար մասնակցելուց մինչև դիակապտություն՝ զինվորների թալան։ Երկար տարիներ նա ՀՀ հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ է համագործակցել։ Ավելի ստույգ՝ աշխատել է այդ ծառայություններում 1994– 1999 թվականներին, զբաղեցնելով մաքսային վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնն անվտանգության գծով։ Նրա ծառայակիցները պատմում են, որ Միհրան Մովսիսյանը հատուկ ուշադրություն էր դարձնում մաքսանենգության գործերի վրա։ Նա ունի բարձր զինվորական կոչում, և այս հանգամանքը, և Միհրան Մովսիսյանի կապը հայկական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ նոր երանգ են հաղորդում այս գործին։ Փաստորեն ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցը թուրքերին ուրան է վաճառել։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, ուրանի խմբաքանակի գնորդները թուրքեր են եղել։ Ինչ հոդվածով են մեղադրանք առաջադրել մերոնց, հայտնի չէ։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, սակայն, այդ հոդվածը ենթադրում է 12 տարվա ազատազրկում։ Թե մաքսանենգների ձերբակալության օրերին, թե այսօր Հայաստանի ոչ հատուկ, այնքան էլ չեն հավատում այս վարկածին՝ ասելով, որ չի բացառվում, որ Վրաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունները քաղաքական պրովոկացիաներ են անում հօգուտ թուրքերի։ Նախ՝ ապացուցելու համար, որ Հայաստանը միջուկային զենքի պոտենցիալ արտադրող է, երկրորդը՝ անվանարկելու մեր հերոսներին»,–գրում է թերթը։
