Այսօր՝ մայիսի 19-ին, կրակոցներ և սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 04:30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին Ալավերդի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակով շտապօգնության հերթապահ խումբը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են ժամանել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ Արտակ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության և նույն վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Թաթուլ Շուշանյանի և Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Էդվարդ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված քաղաքացին, ով հրազենային վնասվածքներ է ստացել, տեղափոխվել է Ալավերդի քաղաքի Զորավար Անդրանիկ 22/10 շենքի բակից: Նա Կոտայքի մարզի Առինջ գյուղի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Էդվարդ Պողոսյանն է: Վերջինիս տեղափոխել են Երևան: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված շենքի բակում հայտնաբերել են նաև հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացած տղամարդու դի: Պարզվել է, որ նա Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 41-ամյա Վարդան Ավագյանն էր: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են նաև «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից արձակված պարկուճներ: Տեղում մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Թ. Շուշանյանի կարգադրությամբ Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Արարատ Ուլիխանյանի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները, փորձաքրեագետները: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
