ԵՄ դեսպան.Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը պետք է ընթանա վերեւից ներքեւ

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի հասարակական կազմակերպությունների եւ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին արտահայտեց իր դիրքորոշումը Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի թողած հետեւանքների եւ նրա դեմ պայքարի անհրաժեշտության մասին:
ԵՄ դեսպանը շեշտեց, որ իրենք շատ են կարեւորում Հայաստանի տնտեսության ապակենտրոնացումը եւ մրցակցային արդար դաշտի ձեւավորումը, տնտեսական մենաշնորհների վերացումը, որոնք մեծապես կնպաստեն փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկատիրության ոլորտի զարգացմանը, նոր եւ կայուն աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը: «Մեր դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանը շատ ավելի տուժում է կոռուպցիայից, որի դեմ պայքարը պետք է ընթանա վերեւից ներքեւ, այդ դեպքում միայն այդ պայքարը կավարտվի հաջողությամբ: Եվ մենք աջակցելու ենք վերեւից ներ քեւ տարվող պայքարին: Կոռուպցիան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար արդեն դարձել է ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր: Դուք պետք է ունենաք կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի անկախ հետաքննական մարմին»,-շեշտեց դեսպանը: Լրագրողի հարցին, թե ավելի արդյունավետ չէ՞ր լինի աջակցել կոռուպցիայի դեմ ներքեւից վերեւ պայքարին, Հայաստանում քաղաքացիական հասարակության ուժեղացմանը, դեսպանը պատասխանեց. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի քաղացիական ուժեղ հասարակություն, նա կարողանում է բացահայտել բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ, կոռուպցիոն տարրեր, հաջողությամբ պայքարել դրան ց դեմ, սակայն շատ ավելի հաջողված կլինի վերեւից ներքեւ պայքարը, որն ավելի արդյունավետ ճանապարհ ենք համարում»,-նշեց Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին:
