Նարեկ Ադամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Իհարկե ուրախալի է,որ Կառավարությունը որոշել է կրճատել ծառայողական մեքենաների թիվը։ Սակայն սա ամենևին չի երաշխավորում մեքենաների կրճատման արդյունքում տնտեսված գումարների ռացիոնալ վերաբաշխումը։ Ոչ միայն այն պատճառով որ հանրությունը անվստահություն ունի Կառավարության նկատմամբ,այլ պարզապես Հայաստանում դեռևս չկա այն մոդելը,որը թույլ կտա այսպիսի գործընթացների հստակ կազմակերպումը։ Այսինքն ինչ երաշխիք կա,որ օրինակ այդ 700 մեքենաները պետական կնիքից չեն հանվի ու անցնեն ինչ որ մասնավոր սեկտորների (մենակ չասեք պատերազմ ա,հմի չեն անի։ Տո էն էլ ոնց կանեն)։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ էլ Հայաստանում բիզնես շահն ու իշխանությունը սերտաճած են ու չկա երաշխիք որ այս « ռակիրովկան» իշխանական էլիտայի համար քյանդրբազի գործ չի դառնա։ Հեծանիվով աշխատանքի գնալու համար նախարարը նախ չպիտի վախենա դրանով դուրս գալ փողոց։ Որից հետո իր ղեկավարած հիմնարկին ստիպի նույնը անել ու ոչ թե ընչազուրկ բյուրոկրատի նման ամբողջ օրը նստել կաբինետներում։ Հանրության հետ կոնտակտի մեջ մտնելուց հետո այդ մարդիկ միգուցե հասկանան որ հեչ պարտադիր չի Հրապարակից ասենք Կոմիտաս հասնելու համար ծառայողական մեքենա նստել և աշխատանքի հետագա կազմակերպումն էլ աստիճանաբար կբխի հենց այս մոտեցումից։ Այլապես այսպես միանգամից դժվար է մարդկանց համոզել հրաժարվել մեքենաներից։ Պարզապես էդ մարդիկ սովոր չեն դրան
