Սիրված ըմպելիքներից մեկի` սուրճի վնասակարության մասին շատ է խոսվել: Այն առաջացնում է տախիկարդիա, մարմինը զրկում է կալցիումից և մեծապես ազդում է սրտի աշխատանքի վրա: Լուծվող սուրճի և բնական սուրճի մեջ պարունակության մեջ առկա է կոֆեին, այդ իսկ պատճառով բժիշկները խորհուրդ չեն տալիս օրվա մեջ մեկ բաժակից ավել սուրճ խմել: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս է ազդում լուծվող սուրճը առողջության վրա:

Լուծվող սուրճը վտանգավոր է նաև ստամոքսի և ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի համար, որովհետև խոցերի և գաստրիտների պատճառ է դառնում: Եվ գաղտնիք չէ, որ հենց մարսողության հետ կապված խնդիրներն են տարբեր մաշկային հիվանդությւոնների պատճառ դառնում:
