Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դրոշը քամիներին չի դիմանում

Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքվում տեղադրված այդ երկրի գլխավոր դրոշը այդպես էլ չի կարողանում դիմանալ քամիներին: Մայիսի 19-ին Բաքվում տեղադրված Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դրոշը դարձյալ չի դիմացել քամուն եւ պատառոտվել է: Դրոշի վերին` երկնագույն մասը պոկվել եւ քշվել է դեպի ծովը: Որոշ ժամանակ հետո, դրոշի մնացած կեսն իջեցվել է:

Դրա հետ միասին նրանք տարակուսանք են հայտնել, որ այդ ժամին հյուսիս-արեւմուտքից փչող քամու ուժգնությունը մեծ չի եղել, ինչ պատճառով միջադեպի պատճառը պարզ չէ:
Երեք տարի առաջ ադրբեջանական դրոշն առաջին անգամ պատռվել էր վայրկյանում 25-30 մետրի հասած քամուց: Երեկ քամու ուժգնությունը չէր անցել վայրկայնում 15 մետրից:
Ինչպես երեւում է` դրոշն արդեն ունեցել է վնասվածքներ, որոնք քամին ուժեղացրել է, հաղորդում է գործակալությունը:
Բաքվում Ադրբեջանի պետական դրոշի հրապարակում դրոշը բարձրացվել է 2010 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին: 2010 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, տեղադրվելուց երկու օր հետո, այն փոխարինվել է, քանի որ քամուց պատառոտվել էր: 2011 թվականի ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դրոշը դարձյալ պատառոտվել էր: Դրոշը նորով փոխարինելու գործողությունը հարկադրված կատարվում է տարին մի քանի անգամ:
2011 թվականի փետրվարի 2-ին քամուց սկսել էր ուժգին տատանվել դրոշաձողը: Դրոշն իջեցվել էր, իսկ մոտակա 9 հարկանի շենքի բնակիչները տարհանվել էին, քանի որ 220 տ կշռող դրոշաձողը կարող էր ընկնել: 2011 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ին դրոշը դարձյալ իջեցվել էր, քանի որ այն կրկին քամուց պատառոտվել էր: Այս անգամ պարզվել էր, որ խնդիրը դրոշի կտորի վատ որակի մեջ է:
Ադրբեջանի պետական դրոշի հրապարակի շինարարության վրա 35 մլն դոլար է ծախսվել:
