Ապրիլյան ավանտյուրան թանկ է նստելու Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության վրա

Ադրբեջանում ՀՆԱ-ի անկումը հունվար-ապրիլ ժամանակահատվածի համար կազմել է 4,5% ըս Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեի: Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվար-մարտ ժամանակահատվածի համար այն կազմել էր 3,5 %:
Անկմանը շարունակում են նպաստել նավթի եկամուտների ներհոսքի կրճատումը, ինչպես նաև կապիտալ ներդրումների կրճատումը տնտեսության մեջ: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ 31%-ով նվազել են ուղղակի ներդրումները ֆիքսված կապիտալում: Իսկ դա իր հերթին բերում է նավթային և ոչ նավթային սեկտորների կրճատմանը՝ ոչ նավթային սեկտորի անկումը իր հերթին կազմել է 6,8%: Թեև առևտրաշրջանառության և ծառայությունների աճի տեմպերը դեռևս դրական են՝ 2,7% և 1,7%, սակայն դրանց աճի տեմպերը շարունակում են նվազել, նախորդ ամիսների համեմատ:
Նվազել է նաև 1 շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն 3,6%-ով:
Գնաճը բավականին բարձր է՝ սպառողական գների ինդեքսը կազմել է 110,5%, իսկ ոչ պետական տնտեսական հետազոտությունների իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների կարծիքով այն ապրիլին կազմել է՝ 14-15%: Մանաթը շարունակում է մնալ ուժեղ ճնշման տակ, նոր դեվալվացիայի իրողությունը շատ հավանական է:
Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները հունվար-ապրիլի դրությամբ նվազել են նախորդ ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ՝ 12%-ով, իսկ բյուջեի ծախսերը կրճատվել են՝ 35,3%-ով:
Ըստ Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային կոմիտեի տվյալների, հունվար-մարտ ամսվա դրությամբ կրճատվել են արտաքին առևտրի ծավալները՝ 23,9%-ով, որտեղ արտահանման ծավալները՝ 23%-ով, իսկ ներմուծումը՝ 25,1 %-ով: Ներմուծման ծավալների կրճատումը ակնհայտորեն խոսում է բնակչության եկամուտների նվազման մասին, մասնավորապես՝ աշխատատեղերի կրճատման, արտագաղթի, տրանսֆերտների կրճատման և աշխատավարձերի նվազման մասին (թեև պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը նշում է աշխատավարձի իբր թե 8 տոկոս ավելացման մասին), որոնց արդյուքնում էլ նվազում է բնակչության եկամուտները:
Այս միտումները արդեն շարունակվում են մի քանի ամիս, իսկ ապրիլին Ալիևի ռազմական ավանտյուրան թանկ է նստելու Ադրբեջանի վրա, որը բերելու է ներդրումների կրճատմանը և տնտեսության ճահճացմանը, եթե նույնիսկ նավթի գները բարձրանան: Սոցիալ-տնտեսական լուրջ ցնցումների առաջ է կանգնած Ադրբեջանը:
