Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյունահանումը 8,5 տոկոսով կրճատվել է

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությունը SOCAR-ը 2016 թվականի հունվար-ապրիլին, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, 8,5 տոկոսով կրճատել է նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալը:

Այս մասին «Ինտերֆաքս-Ազերբայջան»-ին հայտնել են SOCAR-ում` նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը 2016 թվականին նավթի արդյունահանումը կանխատեսում է 40 մլն 744,9 հազար տ մակարդակի:

Fins.az լրատվական կայքը, հղում կատարելով Նավթ արտահանող երկրների կազմակերպության (OPEC) զեկույցին, հայտնում է, որ 2016 թվականին Ադրբեջանում նավթի արտադրանքի միջին ծավալը օրական 20 հազար բարելով պակասելու է:

Ըստ OPEC-ի` Ադրբեջանում այս տարվա մարտին օրական արտադրվել է 840 հազար բարել նավթ, որը հունվարի համեմատ, փոքր է 10 հազար բարելով, իսկ փետրվարի համեմատ` 20 հազար բարելով:

OPEC-ի կանխատեսումներով` Ադրբեջանում միջին տարեկան կտրվածքով նավթի օրական արտադրանքի ծավալը կընկնի 820 հազար բարելի:

Նավթի համաշխարհային գներն անցյալ տարվանից մոտ երկու անգամից ավելի ընկնելու, արդյունահանման ծավալների նվազելու հետեւանքով գլխավորապես էներգակիրների արտահանումից կախված Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է խորը ճգնաժամում: Այժմ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է մեծացնել գազի արտահանումը, ինչի համար առաջ է քաշել «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է գազ արտահանել Թուրքիա եւ Եվրոպա: Սակայն, այդ նախագծի իրականացման համար Ադրբեջանին նվազագույնը 10 մլրդ դոլար է անհրաժեշտ:

Ըստ կայքի` այդ մասին մարտի 11-ին հայտարարել է SOCAR-ի նախագահ Ռովնագ Աբդուլլաեւը` նշելով, որ «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագծի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ 10 մլրդ դոլար ներդրումների մոտ 3 մլրդ դոլար մասն արդեն հայթայթվել է, իսկ մնացած 7 մլրդ դոլար մասի ձեռք բերման շուրջ որոնումները դեռեւս շարունակվում են:

Ըստ SOCAR-ի ղեկավարի` հաշվարկները ցույց են տալիս, որ նավթի եւ գազի սպասվող գնից ելնելով գազային «Շահ Դենիզ 2» եւ «Հարավային գազային միջանցք» նախագծերից եկամուտները կգերազանցեն ծախսերը 2028-2030 թվականներին մոտ:

Միջազգային վարկանիշային Standart & Poor`s, Mood`s եւ Fitch Ratings գործակալությունները այս տարվա հունվար-փետրվարին մեկ դիրքով իջեցրել է Ադրբեջանի երկարաժամկետ վարկային վարկանիշը եւ նրան շնորհել արտասահմանյան եւ տեղական արժույթով երկարաժամկետ եւ կարճաժամկետ սուվերեն վարկային BB+` «աղբային» մակարդակի վարկանիշ, ինչն իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանն այսուհետ միջազգային վարկեր կարող է ներգրավել միայն ավելի բարձր տոկոսներով:

The Financial Times թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսից ավելին կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
