Ամենաթանկ ապրանքը գաղափարն է, չգիտեմ լեգենդ է թե իրականություն, բայց հզոր երկրների հատուկ ծառայություններն անընդհատ աշխատում են նոր գաղափարների հայթայթման ուղղությամբ, թե իրենց երկրում, թե այլ պետություններում: Մեզանում այս մասով կարծես թե բաց կա և չկա կառույց, որը կգեներացնի գաղափարները: Իմ կարծիքով այս հարցով պետք է զբաղվի Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը և մշակելով որոշակի մեթոդաբանություն աշխատի Հանրապետության բոլոր ուսումնական հաստատությունների ու համայնքների հետ: Պատկերավոր ասած՝ ՀՀ ամեն քաղաքացի, եթե ունի երկրի զարգացմանն այս կամ այն կերպ կապ ունեցող գաղափար, միտք, ապա պետք է իմանա, ուր դիմել: Մեր ուսանողական տարիներին, օրինակ, դիպլոմային աշխատանքի թեմա եղավ, որտեղ առաջարկվում էր Երևանի Կարապի լիճը ձմռան ամիսներին դաձնել սահադաշտ, այն կյանքի կոչվեց ներդրողների մողմից ու եղավ և եկամտաբեր և գեղեցիկ տեսք հաղորդեց կենտրոնին: Իրականում ամենաթանկ բանը հնց գաղափարն է, իսկ լավագույն գաղափարները ծնվում են պահի տակ: Քանի որ ես մի տեսակ հավատում եմ սասունցու արմատներ ունեցող Արծվիկ Մինասյանին, ապա առաջարկում եմ զբաղվել այս հարցով. թեկուզ սկզբնական փուլում էլ. հասցե լինի, որը լավ կգովազդվի ու բոլորը կիմանան դրա գոյության մասին:
