Հայկական խոհանոցը հավուր պատշաճի է ներկայացվում միջազգային հարթակում: Նման համոզմունք «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում արտահայտեց «Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման եւ պահպանման» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը: 

«Ինձ վերջերս զանգում են ու ասում` գաստրոնոմիկ տուր ունենք, լավ ճաշացանկ է պետք ու  թելադրում է` կերուսուս ու քյաբաբ: Ասում եմ` դուք հասկանո՞ւմ եք` ինչ է կերուսուսը: Այսօր վստահաբար հայտարարում ենք, որ Հայաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկին ոչինչ այդքան շատ դուր չի գալիս, ոչնչից այդքան գոհ չի լինում, որքան մեր խոհանոցից, բայց` իսկական հայկական խոհանոցը, այլ ոչ թե  քյաբաբը կամ կերուսուսը: Մեր կազմակերպության բոլոր ռեստորաններում ներկայացվում է ուտեստը, ծագումը, պատմությունը, այն ճաշակելու համապատասխան ժամը»,-նշեց Մամուլյանը:

Խոհարարը չառանձնացրեց որեւէ կոնկրետ ուտեստ` նշելով, որ զբոսաշրջիկներին դուր են գալիս  հայկական բոլոր ուտեստները:

Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ հայկական խոհանոցը վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացում ներկայացվել է այնպիսի երկրներում, ինչպիսիք են Թուրքիան, Թուրքմենստանը, Գերմանիան, Ռուսաստանը, Արգենտինան,  Հնդկաստանը: Նրա խոսքով` բոլորովին վերջերս Մոսկվայում անցկացվեց Անիի Բագրատունյաց թագավորության խոհանոցին նվիրված շնորհանդեսը, իսկ արդեն սեպտեմբերին հայկական ազգային խոհանոցին կծանոթանան նաեւ Լեհաստանում:

Անդրադառնալով արդեն Հայաստանում առաջիկայում անցկացվող փառատոններին` խոհարարը նշեց, որ հունիսի 11-ին եւ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին համապատասխանաբար Թումոյի այգում եւ Ախթալայում կանցկացվեն «Հացը լեռներում» տոնածիսական կերակուրների, ինչպես նաեւ խորովածի փառատոնները:

«Մյուս փառատոնների շուրջ դեռ բանակցում ենք, օրինակ` Նավասարդի փառատոնը ցանկանում ենք կազմակերպել Տաթեւի վանքի մոտակայքում այն մտադրությամբ, որ գոնե այնտեղից հանենք ոչխարի խուզելու փառատոնը: Ամոթ է, որ այնտեղ այդ փառատոնն է անցկացվում»,- իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը:
