Սիրիահայերին տրվող աջակցության գործընթացն առաջիկայում ակտիվանալու է

Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը բարձր է գնահատում սիրիահայերի աջակցությանն ուղղված Հայաստանի կառավարության ջանքերը: «Երևան էքսպո» ցուցահանդեսային համալիրում բացված «Նոր հեռանկարներ սիրիահայերի համար» ցուցադրույթը դիտելուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում դեսպանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում զգալի աշխատանք է կատարվում Սիրիայի փախստականներին օգնելու համար:
«Այս միջոցառմանը ՀՀ նախագահի մասնակցությունը ցույց է տալիս, թե Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ինչ մեծ հետաքրքություն ունեն սիրիահայերի ինտեգրման հարցում: Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցածը տարբեր երկրների կանգնեցնում է մեծ մարտահրավերների առաջ: Հայաստանը ստանձնել է սիրիահայերին աջակցելու պատասխանատվություն, ես կասեի ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվություն, քան շատ եվրոպական երկրներ: Ինձ համար տպավորիչ է այն փաստը, որ հաջողվել է 20 հազար փախստական ընդունել Հայաստանում, դա համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունք է»,-ասաց դեսպանը:
Դեսպանը նշեց, որ փախստականները շատ անգամ որպես բեռ են ընկալվում, բայց Գերմանիայում կա այն մոտեցումը, որ փախստականները մեծ ներուժ կարող են լինել տվյալ երկրի համար: Հատկապես սիրիահայ համայնքը, որն արհեստագործական մեծ ավանդույթների է տիրապետում: Ըստ նրա, օգտագործելով այդ ներուժը, պետք է այնպիսի պայմաններ ստեղծել, որ Սիրիայից ժամանողներն այս երկրում տնտեսական ապագա տեսնեն:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, սիրիահայերին աջակցելու հարցը կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում է:
«Ես հատուկ չեմ նշում փախստական անունը, որպեսզի իրենք ընկալվեն ոչ թե փախստական, այլ Հայաստանի լիիրավ քաղաքացի: Դա Հայաստանի ժողովրդի, քաղաքական իշխանությունների ցանկությունն է: ՀՀ կառավարությունը քայլեր է իրականացնում սիրիահայերի ինտեգրման համար: Ձևավորված է աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կիրականացվի սիրիահայերի կարիքների գնահատում, կթիրախավորի կոնկրետ նպատակներ և կառաջարկի կոնկրետ աջակցման միջոցառումներ»,-ասաց Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը:
Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ հարկային օրենսդրությունն իրենց համար նոր է, դեռ օրենսդրական դրույթներին ծանոթանալու խնդիր ունեն: Նա վստահեցրեց, որ սիրաիահայերին տրվող աջակցության գործընթացն առաջիկայում ակտիվանալու է: Մշակվելու և սիրիահայ գործարարներին տրամադրվելու են հուշաթերթիկներ, որոնցում կներկայացվեն, թե ինչպիսի հարկատեսակներ են գործում, ինչպես է պետք դրանք վճարել, ինչ արտոնութուններ կան, ինչպես կարող են դրանցից օգտվել: Դրանից բացի, լինելու են կոնկրետ աջակցության ծրագրեր:
Դեսպանն էլ ավելացրեց, որ Գերմանիան լավ փորձ ունի ՓՄՁ-ին տրվող հնարավորությունները բարելավելու տեսանկյունից:
Մայիսի 19-22-ը Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացվում է «Տնտեսական հնարավորությունների շաբաթ» ֆորումը, որի շրջանակում անցկացվում է «Նոր հեռանկարներ սիրիահայերի համար» ցուցահանդեսը: Սիրիահայ 60-ից ավելի գործարարներն առանձին տաղավարներով ներկայացրել են իրենց արտադրանքն ու ծառայությունները: Միջոցառումը սիրիահայերին հնարավորություն կընձեռի հաստատել կապեր, համապատասխանեցնել և հզորացնել իրենց կարողությունները: Այն ուղղված է ձեռնարկատիրության և զբաղվածության խթանմանը` տնտեսական հնարավորությունների բացահայտմանը, նոր կապերի հաստատմանը:
