Աշխարհում կյանքի ակնկալվող միջին տեւողությունը 2000 թվականից ավելացել Է հինգ տարով եւ 71 տարվա Է հասել այն երեխաների համար, որոնք ծնվել են անցյալ տարի: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողներին հայտնել Է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկը՝ քաղվածքներ ընթերցելով Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) նոր զեկույցից: ԱՀԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ մարդիկ առավել երկար են ապրում Ճապոնիայում եւ Շվեյցարիայում, իսկ կյանքի տեւողությունն ամենից կարճն Է Սիեռա Լեոնեում:
«Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունն այսօր հայտնել Է, որ աշխարհում կյանքի ակնկալվող միջին տեւողությունը 2000 թվականից ավելացել Է հինգ տարով: Սա ամենակտրուկ աճն Է 1960 թվականից ի վեր»,-ասել Է նա: Նրա խոսքով՝ ելնելով գլոբալ ցուցանիշներից, 2015 թվականին ծնված երեխայի կյանքի ակնկալվող միջին տեւողությունը կազմում Է 71,4 տարի: Ընդ որում աղջիկը կարող Է ապրել գրեթե 74 տարի, իսկ տղան՝ շուրջ 69 տարի:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ ԱՀԿ-ի փորձագետներն ուշադրություն են դարձնում այն բանի վրա, որ իրական ցուցանիշը կախված Է այն բանից, թե որքան բարեկեցիկ երկրում Է մարդը լույս աշխարհ եկել:
«Կյանքի 86 տարի միջին տեւողությամբ կանայք Ճապոնիայում կարող են ամենաերկար կյանքն ունենալ այն ժամանակ, երբ Շվեյցարիայում միջին հաշվով ամենաերկարն ապրում են տղամարդիկ՝ 81 տարի: Սիեռա Լեոնեի բնակիչները կյանքի ամենակարճ տեւողությունն ունեն երկու սեռերի շրջանում՝ 50 տարի՝ կանանց համար եւ 49 տարի՝ տղամարդկանց համար»,-նշել Է Դյուժարիկը:
Զեկույցում, որը վերնագրված Է «Համաշխարհային վիճակագրությունը առողջապահության ոլորտում», ԱՀԿ-ի մասնագետներն ուշադրություն են դարձնում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ վերջին հինգ տարվա ձեռքբերումները թույլ են տվել հաղթահարել կյանքի միջին տեւողության կրճատման բացասական միտումը, որը 1990-ական թվականներին նկատվել Է Աֆրիկայում ՁԻԱՀ-ի համաճարակի եւ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզմամբ պայմանավորված ցնցումների պատճառով:
Վերջին տարիներին առավել մեծ առաջընթացի Է հաջողվել հասնել Սեւ աշխարհամասում, որտեղ կյանքի ակնկալվող միջին տեւողությունն ավելացել Է 9,4 տարով եւ այժմ միջինը կազմում Է 60 տարի: Առաջին հերթին դա հնարավոր Է դարձել մալարիայի դեմ պայքարի արշավի, ինչպես նաեւ ՄԻԱՎ-վարակի կանխարգելման ու բուժման ծրագրերի շնորհիվ:
ԱՀԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ Ռուսաստանում կանանց կյանքի միջին տեւողությունը կազմում Է 76 տարի, իսկ տղամարդկանց կյանքի տեւողությունը՝ 65 տարի, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
