Այսօր՝ մայիսի 20-ին, ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության և նույն վարչության արագ հակազդման վարչության, ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության և ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները, իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները, ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Երևան քաղաքի Բաբաջանյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Պարգև Գևորգյանին, Երևան քաղաքի Սիլիկյան թաղամասի բնակիչ, 38-ամյա Արմեն Հարությունյանին և Երևան քաղաքի Ծերենցի փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Արթուր Մկրտչյանին:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջիններս կասկածվում են այս տարվա մայիսի 9-ին, գիշերը ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում Աշտարակ-Ապարան ավտոճանապարհի Արտաշավան գյուղի վարչական տարածքում տեղադրված արագաչափ սարքի վրա մի քանի անգամ կրակելու մեջ: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կրակողը եղել է Պ. Գևորգյանը, ով եղել է Արմեն Հարությունյանին պատկանող Nissan Pathfinder մակնիշի 10 DV 088 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով:

Հայտնաբերվել է նաև որսորդական հրացանը, որով կրակվել է արագաչափի վրա: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ կրակողը մի քանի անգամ այդ ճանապարհով անցնելիս է եղել և իրենց թվացել է, թե արագաչափը նկարել է իր ընկերոջ մեքենան և վրեժխնդիր լինելով արագաչափից՝ իր գործն է արել, սակայն արագաչափի մեջ տեղադրված “չիպը” չի վնասվել և վերծանումից հետո պարզվել է, որ իրենց կողմից խախտում տեղի չի ունեցել, հակառակ դեպքում արագաչափը կֆիքսեր խախտումը: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
