Գազի սակագնի վերանայման հարցը Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը կքննարկի մայիսի վերջին: Այս մասին Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում գազի սակագնի վերանայման հարցի շուրջ քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց ՀԾԿՀ սակագնային քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը: Հանձնաժողովն արդեն ավարտել է սակագնի վերանայման ուսումնասիրությունները:
«Վերանայման հիմնական պատճառը ՀՀ և ՌԴ կառավարությունների միջև բանակցությունների արդյունքում կնքված միջպետական համաձայնագիրն է: Այդ համաձայնագրով նախատեսված են փոփոխություններ, ըստ որի, Հայաստան ներմուծող սակագինը սահմանին կազմում է 150 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Դրամային տեսքով արտահայտված՝ սովորական սպառողի, այսինքն` մինչև 10 հազար խմ սպառողների համար գազի սակագնի նվազեցումը կազմում է 9.3 դրամ խորանարդ մետրի համար: 156 դրամից սակագինը կդառնա 146,7 դրամ: Նախատեսում ենք մինչև ամսվա վերջ հարցը ներկայցնել հանձնաժողովի նիստին, եթե այն հաստատվի, ապա ուժի մեջ կմտնի 30 օր հետո: Ենթադրում ենք հուլիս 1-ից կգործի նոր սակագին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը:
Քննարկմանը մասնակցող «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը կարծում է, որ գազի սակագինը հնարավոր էր ավելին իջեցնել: Ստորագրված միջպետական համաձայնագիրն այնպիսին է, որ գազի գինը կախված չէ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովից
«Այն մարժան, որը պետք է ունենա «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն, այլևս սահմանված է համաձայնագրով: Հանձնաժողովը կարող է ընդամենը սահմանել, թե այդ մարժայի որ տոկոսը որ ուղղությամբ կծախսվի: Զուտ դիտարկելով փաստաթղթերը` հասկանում եմ, որ հանձնաժողովը տեսնում է տողեր, որ կարելի էր սակագինն ավելի նվազեցնել: Դրանից բացի, պետք է նկատել, որ գազի միջազգային սակագները ևս նվազել են: Այնպես որ, հնարավոր էր ապրիլին ստորագրված համաձայնագրում այլ թիվ նշել, սպառողների համար սակագինը շուրջ 10 դրամից ավելին իջեցնել»,-ասաց ՀԿ նախագահը:
Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի սակագնային քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանն էլ մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծեց` սակագնի ավելի շատ իջեցնելու հնարավորություն ուղղակի չկար:
