Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն սպասում է Քաղցրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգի կառուցմանը. գառնեցիները դեմ են

1976 թվականից գործող 70 մլն մ3 տարողություն ունեցող Ազատի ջրամբարից 14 մ3/վ քանակության ջուրը վերջերս սկսել է հոսել Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին, Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեից, այս խնդիրը հնարավոր է՝ շարունակական բնույթ կրի եւ այս անգամ ավելի մեծ ծավալներով:
Կոմիտեն բարձրաձայնում է այնպիսի խնդիրների մասին, ինչպիսիք են պոմպակայանի վթարների, հոսանքի անջատումների պատճառով առաջացած համայնքների ջրապահովվածության անկայունությունը, Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս շուրջ 8-10մ3/վ քանակությամբ ջրերի հոսք միջին ջրատվության տարիների մայիս-հունիս ամիսներին, Ազատի ջրամբարից Քաղցրաշենի պոմպակայանին ջրամատակարարող Արտաշատի մայր ջրանցքի 20 կմ հատվածում 30-40% ջրի կորուստ:
Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վոլոդյա Նարիմանյանի խոսքով՝ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում այլընտրանքային տարբերակ է կառավարության կողմից հաստատված Քացրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգի կառուցումը:
«Մեր խնդիրը ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման հարցում այն է, որ կարողանանք ջրամբարների ջուրը կուտակել եւ օգտագործել: Հիմա փաստորեն մեխանիկականից անցնում ենք ինքնահոս համակարգին: Քաղցրաշենի համակարգի դեպքում մենք կունենանք այլընտրանք, այն է՝ եթե սակավաջուր տարիներին տեսնենք, որ գետում ջուր չկա, այդ ամիսներին կաշխատեն պոմպակայանները, ինչի արդյունքում մենք կունենանք 2 մլն կվ/ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիայի տնտեսում»:
Կոմիտեն վստահեցնում է, որ Քաղցրաշենի ծրագիրը չի խախտի Ազատ գետի բնապահպանական հոսքը եւ կիրականացվի բոլոր պահանջվող փաստաթղթերի առկայությամբ:
Չնայած Վոլոդյա Նարիմանյանի այն համոզմունքին, որ բոլոր համայնքները հավասար են, եւ որ նրանց քաղաքականությունն այնպիսին չէ, որ մի համայնքի հաշվին իրականացվի մյուսի ջրամատարակումը, գառնեցիները տեւական ժամանակ է՝ դեմ են կառավարության կողմից հաստատված այս ծրագրին՝ վստահ լինելով, որ Գառնիի կիրճից ջուրը Արարատի մարզ տանելուց հետո գետը, այնուամենայնիվ, բնապահպանական մի շարք խնդիրների առաջ կկանգնի։
