Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Նովրուզ Մամեդովի ելույթից հետո,որը հայտարարել էր,որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն ոչ մի պարտավորություն իր վրա չի վերցրել և թույլ չի տա ավելացնել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկի լիազորությունները,զառանցանքով հանդես եկավ նաև Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն...
Հիշեցնեմ նաև,որ Ն.Մամեդովը նաև ասել էր."Այնտեղ արված հայտարարությունը՝ Մինսկի խմբի դիրքորոշումն է...Մենք ոչ մի պարտավորություններ մեզ վրա չենք վերցրել..."
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն էլ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ ԱԳՆ նախարար Է.Նալբանդյանի Սոֆիայում արված հայտարարությանը,ով ասել էր,որ Ադրբեջանը խոչնդոտում է Մինսկի խմբի մի քանի նախաձեռնություններին,ասել է,որ Հայաստանը գնում է վտանգավոր ճանապարով,որը կարող է ունենալ դրամատիկ հետևանքներ... Այսպիսով,ինչպես և սպասվում էր,Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը հրաժարվում է Վիեննայում ձեռք բերված համաձայնություններից,որոնց մասին առաջինը խոսել էին ոչ թե ՀՀ իշխանությունները,այլ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը...
Կարելի է ասել,որ Ն.Մամեդովի և Հ.Հաջիևի հայտարարությունները ուղղված են ոչ թե Երևանին և Ստեփանակերտին,այլ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկներին,իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ Ռուսաստանին...Պաշտոնական Բաքուն Լավրովին ստախոսության մեջ է մեղադրում...
Հետաքրքիր է,թե ինչպե՞ս է այս վիրավորանքին արձագանքելու Մոսկվան...Համոզված եմ,որ ԿԼՌԻ...Զենքի բիզնեսը շատ կարևոր է Վ.Պուտինի համար,քան սեփական ինքնասիրությունը,էլ չեմ ասում ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ կողքին կանգնելը...
Իլհամ Ալիևը առաջնորդվում է՝"վճարում եմ ու ի՛նչ ցանկանում անում եմ" կարգախոսով...Ադրբեջանը ամեն ինչ անում է պատերազմի վերսկսման համար...Ապրիլի սկզբին տեղի ունեցած կարճատև պատերազմի ժամանակ մի քանի հարյուր մետր տարածքի գրավումը Իլհամ Ալիևը և նրա վարչակազմը օգտագործում են պարտվածի բարդույթից սեփական հասարաությունը "ազատագրելու",ինչպես նաև բանակցություններում ուժեղի դիրքերից հանդես գալու համար...
Այսպիսով,ՀՀ-ին և Արցախին մնում է մեկ բան՝արագորեն վերազինել մեր բանակները և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ցույց տալ Ադրբեջանին իր տեղը,ինչպես դա եղավ 1994 թ-ին...
