Տեղի է ունեցել Հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի ընդլայնված նիստ

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում մայիսի 20-ին անցկացվել է Հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի ընդլայնված նիստը, որին մասնակցել են զորակոչի անցկացմանն օժանդակող գերատեսչական կառույցների ղեկավարներ, մարզպետներ, հանրապետության տարածքային զինվորական կոմիսարները, բուժհանձնաժողովների անդամները: ԱյÕ ½ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է.
«Ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին և կարևորելով զինված ուժերի համալրման գործընթացը ՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշել է, որ շահագրգիռ կառույցների հետ համատեղ իրականացվող աշխատանքների շնորհիվ տարեցտարի առավել բարձր հիմքերի վրա է դրվում զորակոչի անցկացումը: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հատկապես կարևորել է զորակոչի արդարության և թափանցիկության, բանակ-հասարակություն լիարժեք փոխվստահության մթնոլորտի ապահովումը:
Նիստի ընթացքում հիմնական զեկույցով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ զինվորական կոմիսար, գնդապետ Հենրիկ Մուրադյանը: Խոսելով նախորդ զորակոչերի արդյունքների և 2016թ. ամառային զորակոչի խնդիրների մասին՝ զինվորական կոմիսարը ներկայացրել է դրական միտումներն ու արձանագրված բացթողումները: Զեկույցում անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածքային զինկոմիսարիատների և բուժհանձնաժողովների կատարած աշխատանքներին, նախազորակոչային տարիքի երիտասարդների կցագրմանն ու հաշվառմանն առնչվող հարցերին: Արծարծվել են նաև զորակոչիկների բուժզննման կազմակերպման և կանխարգելիչ պատվաստմա խնդիրները, նախորդ զորակոչի ընթացքում հայտնաբերված իրավախախտումները:
Նիստի ընթացքում տեսակապի միջոցով ելույթ է ունեցել Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը, ով ներկայացրել է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների դերը զորակոչի անցկացման ընթացքում: Մարզպետն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնեց հայրենյաց սահմաններն անձնվիրաբար հսկող զինվորականներին:
Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության և Կենտրոնական ռազմաբժշկական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր անդրադարձել են զինապարտների բժշկական սպասարկմանը, փորձաքննությունների ու բուժհետազոտման աշխատանքների իրականացմանը, հնչեցրել են գործնական առաջարկություններ:
Ամփոփելով Հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի ընդլայնված նիստի աշխատանքները և առաջադրելով որոշակի խնդիրներ՝ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը փաստել է, որ կատարված հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում զորակոչ առ զորակոչ կոռուպցիոն դեպքերը նվազում են, սակայն դեռևս կան որոշակի թերացումներ, որոնց վերացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումները առավել խստացվում են»:
