Խոտաբույսերից պատրաստված լուծույթը կարելի է լցնել սառույցի համար նախատեսված տարրայի մեջ և սառեցնել: Կարող եք օգտագործել երիցուկ և կալենդուլա, ինչպես նաև սրոհունդ (зверобой), որը շատ լավ նվազեցնում է մաշկի բորբոքվածությունը: Առավոտյան և երեկոյան մաքրեք դեմքը սառցե խորանարդիկներով:
2 Յոգուրտ
Ամեն օր դեմքին քսեք բնական յոգուրտ և պահեք 20 րոպե: Շատ լավ ազդում է ծակոտիների նեղացման վրա, սպիտակեցնում է մաշկը, թարմացնում և ձգում է դեմքի մաշկը: Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ օգտագործելուց հետո, դուք կզգաք արդյունքը:
