ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է բրիտանական «Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլ»՝ Ամուլսարի ծրագիրն իրականացնող ընկերության նախագահ և գործադիր տնօրեն Հովարդ Սթիվենսոնի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Վարչապետը կարևորել է մեր երկրում նման խոշոր օտարերկրյա ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացումը, որը կնպաստի հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացմանն ու տնտեսական աճին: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը գտնվում է կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում և հաշվի առնելով միջազգային շուկայում գների անկումը՝ պետությունը փորձում է անհրաժեշտ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել ոլորտի ձեռնարկություններին:
Հովարդ Սթիվենսոնը տեղեկացրել է, որ արդեն իսկ հաստատվել է Ամուլսարի ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման փաթեթը և նախատեսվում է շինաշխատանքները սկսել առաջիկա ամիսներին: Պարոն Սթիվենսոնը նշել է, որ ծրագրի իրականացման համար նախատեսված շուրջ 400 մլն դոլարի ներդրումը վկայում է պետության և իրականացվող տնտեսական քաղաքականության նկատմամբ ունեցած վստահության մասին: «Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլ»-ի նախագահը շնորհակալություն հայտնել վարչապետ Աբրահամյանին՝ կառավարության ցուցաբերած մշտական աջակցության համար:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ծրագրի աշխատանքների ընթացքին և հետագա քայլերին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր, ինչպես նաև երկուստեք կարևորել բնապահպանական կառավարման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների շարունակական իրականացումը:
