Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովը տեղի կունենա այս տարվա դեկտեմբերի 1-2-ը

Երևանում Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովը տեղի կունենա 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-2-ին։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի համայնքերի միության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, այս մասին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հայ և ֆրանսիացի գործընկերների միջև՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանում սեպտեմբեր և հոտեմբեր ամսիներին անցկացվելու են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ։
Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության համաժողովներն անցկացվում են երեք տարվա պարբերականությամբ՝ հաջորդաբար Հայաստանում և Ֆրանսիայում։ Առաջին համաժողովն անցկացվել է Երևանում 2010 թվական հոկիեմբերի 7-8-ին, երկրորդը՝ 2013 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 15-17-ին։ Համաժողովների ընթածքում ընդունվել են հռչակագրեր։ Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը ներառում է շուրջ երեք տասնյակ համագործակցություններ Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքների և շրջանների միջև, որն իր քանակով, ծավալներով ու քաղաքական նշանակությամբ եզակի է Հայաստանի հ ամար։
Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը համակարգելու նպատակով դեռևս 2010 թվականին Հայաստանի համայնքների միության շրջանակներում ձևավորվել է «Ֆրանսիա» խումբը, իսկ Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքների միության շրջանակներում՝ «Հայաստան» խումբը։ Խմբերը ներառում են համագործակցող քաղաքներին ու ռեգիոններին և կոչված են համախմբելու ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը համաժողովների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։ «Հայաստան» խմբի ղեկավարը Ֆրանսիայում ճանաչված քաղաքական-պետական գործիչ Պատրիկ Դեվերջյանն է, «Ֆրանսիա» խմբ ի ղեկավարը Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանն է։
