Ավստրիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում մայիսի 19-ին կայացավ ՀՀ-ԵՄ Ռեադմիսիայի մասին պայմանագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստան վերադառնալու դեպքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերաինտեգրման հնարավորություններին նվիրված սեմինար-քննարկում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Սեմինարը կազմակերպվել էր «ԵՄ Թիրախային Նախաձեռնություն Հայաստանի համար» ծրագրի շրջանակներում` ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության Միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության և ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հետ համատեղ:

Սեմինարին բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ Ավստրիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արման Կիրակոսյանը:

Զեկույցներով հանդես եկան ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարության Միգրացիոն Պետական ծառայության պետ Գագիկ Եգանյանը, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հյուպատոսական վարչության պետ Վլադիմիր Կարմիրշալյանը և ԵՄ Թիրախային Նախաձեռնություն Հայաստանի համար ծրագրի ղեկավար Տիգրանուհի Տարախչյանը:

Սեմինարին մասնակցեցին նաև Ավստրիայի Հանրապետությունում, Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում, Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում, Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունում և Նիդերլանդների Թագավորությունում ՀՀ դեսպանությունների հյուպատոսները:

Սեմինարի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Թիրախային նախաձեռնություն Հայաստանի համար ծրագրին, ՀՀ-ում միգրացիայի ներկա իրավիճակին, ՀՀ-ԵՄ վիզաների դյուրացմանը, Ռեադմիսիայի համաձայնագրին, ինչպես նաև օտարերկրյա պետություններում բնակվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերադարձի գործընթացի դյուրացմանն առնչվող հարցեր: Ներկայացվեց «Տունդարձ» տեղեկատվական ինտերնետային համակարգը:

Սեմինարի ավարտին մասնակիցները փորձի փոխանակում կատարեցին և պայմանավորվեցին ապագայում նույնպես շարունակել նման ձևաչափով քննարկումները:
