Լիտվայի դեսպանատան նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ անցկացվեց Street Music’s Day խորագրով երաժշտական միջոցառում:

«Լիտվայի Հանրապետությունն առաջինն է ճանաչել Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ուստի խորհրդանշական է, որ դեսպանությունը կյանքի է կոչում այս միջողառումը` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձին ընդառաջ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լիտվայի Հանրապետության դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների ոգին է արտահայտում Երևանում անցկացվող մշակութային այս փառատոնը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մշակույթի և տուրիզմի վարչության պետ Ռուբեն Հովհաննիսյանը:
Երևանի Հյու սիսային պողոտայում, Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի հարակից տարածքում ելույթ ունեցան տարբեր երաժշտական խմբեր ու անհատներ: Բոլոր ցանկացողները գրանցվել էին, եկել նվագելու, ցույց տալու իրենց երաժշտական արվեստը, ինչպես նաև Ազնավուրի անվան հրապարակում մասնակցելու գալա համերգին, որին ելույթ ունեցան լիտվացի և հայ աստղերը:

Լիտվայում Street Music's Day միջոցառումն անցկացվում է արդեն 10-րդ տարին, մինչդեռ Հայաստանում այն առաջին անգամ է կազմակերպվում: Դեսպանի տեղեկացմամբ` նման փառատոն անցկացնելու գաղափարն առաջացել է լիտվացի երաժիշտ Անդրիուս Մամոնտովասի (Andrius Mamontovas) մոտ` 10 տարի առաջ և դրանից հետո այն մեծ ժողովրդականություն է վայելում ու անցկացվում տարբեր քաղաքներում:

«Երաժտության օր» միջոցառումը իրենց ելութով եզրափակելու են «Եվրատեսիլ-2007»-ի Լիտվայի ներկայացուցիչ 4FUN խումբը, Հայկոն, Լևոն Մալխասյանը, Արսեն Գրիգորյանը և այլ աստղեր:
