La Stampa. Ադրբեջանը Ղարաբաղում արգելված ռումբեր է օգտագործել

Ինչ-որ մեկի համար դա մոռացված պատերազմ է: Ինչ-որ մեկի համար` սառեցված հակամարտություն: Ինչ-որ մեկը խոսում է Թուրքիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ կողմնակի հակամարտության մասին, գրում է լրագրող Ռոբերտ Տրավանը իտալական La Stampa պարբերականում հրապարկված հոդվածում: Հոդվածում ասվում է.
«Հասկանալու համար, թե որքան լուրջ էր պատահածը, հերիք է Ստեփանակերտից դուրս գալ Մարտակերտ եւ Թալիշ տանող ճանապարհ, որոնք հակառակորդի վերջին գրոհի թիրախն էին: Հնարավոր է, որ դա ագրեսիայի ամենապերճախոս արտահայտությունն է: Մեկը մյուսի հետեւից վազքով անցնում են քաղաքներ եւ գյուղեր, որ ջնջվել են հողի երեսից: Աղդամի ավերակները, կողքին` Մարգարա գյուղի ավերակները` պատերազմի ամենաարյունալի դեպքերից մեկը, որտեղ տասնյակ անզեն մարդիկ են սպանվել:
Մարտակերտում 20-ամյա հնության ավերածություններին հավելվում են այսօրվանները: Հայերն ասում են, որ գրոհը Բաքվից է սկսվել, ադրբեջանցիները հայերին են մեղադրում: Այսպես թե այնպես, քաղաքում կրակել են հրթիռներով, որոնք շատ շինություններ են ավերել եւ վիրավոր ու սպանված են թողել մի քանի խաղաղ բնակչի: Բայց ոչ միայն: «Մի քանի գյուղում կրակել են իսրայելական արտադրության կասետային ռումբերով», - պնդում է բրիտանական Halo Trust կազմակերպությունը, որը 2000-ականներից զբաղվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ականազերծմամբ:
«Նրանք հարյուրավոր կասետային ռումբեր են բաց թողել, որոնք արգելված են միջազգային համաձայնագրերով: Նրանք հարվածներ են հասցրել խաղաղ օբյեկտներին, որոնց թվում են Հոռաթաղ եւ Մոխրաթաղ գյուղերը», - ասում է Յուրի Շահրամանյանը:
Ճանապարհն ավարտվում է Թալիշում` ուրվական գյուղում, որը բանտարկված է մութ լեռների արանքում: Նրանցից շատերը կամավորներ են, որոնք եկել են Արցախ կոչվող երկիր: Բնակիչներն ամեն ինչ թողել են, փախել են Ստեփանակերտ, երկու ժամվա ճանապարհի վրա, որն այսպիսի ճանապարհով անվերջ է թվում:
«Գրադով» գնդակոծությամբ ոչնչացրել են գյուղական դպրոցը, ոչնչացնելով խորհրդային շինության միակ պաշտպանված մասը: Բեկորներից դպրոցական է զոհվել: Դասարաններում մնացել են շրջված նստարաններ, այս ու այն կողմ նետված տետրեր, ջարդված ապակիներ: Պատի մոտ հրաշքով անվնաս մնացած լվացարանն է: Մեկ ուրիշ արկ ոչնչացրել է հանդիսությունների սրահը: Քարերի, ամրանների կույտ, սեւացած նստարաններ:
Անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցներից մեկը, առանց տատանվելու, ցույց է տալիս ադրբեջանական տանկերի տեսագրությունները` վերջին սերնդի մոդելներ Ռուսաստանից: «Մարդիկ հոգնել են Մոսկվայի երկակի խաղից, որը զենք է վաճառում երկու կողմին եւ չափազանց երկար շահարկումներ է անում այս հակամարտության վրա», - ասում է Կարեն Օհանջանյանը` «Հելսինկի-92»-ի տեղական համակարգողը: Ինչ-որ մեկը զգուշանում է Ղարաբաղում նոր պատերազմից: Առաջինը քառորդ դար առաջ է տեղի ունեցել` միջազգային հանրության լիակատար լռության եւ կատարյալ անտարբերության պայմաններում»:
