Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը 2015թ. վերջին կազմել է 5 միլիարդ 79 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար կամ 2 տրիլիոն 457 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ: Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանջնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ, գլխավոր գանձապետ Ատոմ Ջանջուղա զյանը: «Դրանից կառավարության պարտավորություններն են 4 միլիարդ 602 միլիոն դոլարը կամ 2 տրիլիոն 226 միլիարդ դրամը: Ընդհանուր պետական պարտքից արտաքին պարտքը կազմել է 4 միլիարդ 317 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ ներքինը՝ 761 միլիոն դոլար»,- նշեց Ջանջուղազյանը:
Ջանջուղազյանը հավելեց, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ արտաքին պարտքի նվազ բեռ ունեցող երկրների ցանկում: «Արտաքին պարտքի նվազ բեռ ունեցող են համարվում այն երկրները, որոնց ՀՆԱ-ում արտաքին պարտքի չափը չի հասել 48 տոկոսի, իսկ Հայաստանի մոտ այդ ցուցանիշը 34 տոկոս է»,- մանրամասնեց Ջանջուղազյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ սա ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ իրենք չեն գնահատում պետական պարտքի ռիսկերը , դրանց հետ կապված զարգացումները:
