Դժվար է մեր կյանքը պատկերացնել առանց սթրեսի, բայց ուժեղ սթրեսը կարող է բացասաբար ազդել մեր առողջության վրա եւ լուրջ վնաս հասցնել օրգանների եւ համակարգերի մեծամասնությանը:
Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում մի քանի խնդիր, որոնք կարող են ի հայտ գալ սթրեսի հետեւանքով.
Դաշտանային ցիկլի խախտում
Տագնապի եւ ճնշվածության վիճակում մեր օրգանիզմը սկսում է ճնշել սեռական հորմոնները, դրա հետեւանքով կանանց մոտ կարող է դաշտանային ցիկլի խանգարում տեղի ունենալ: Սթրեսին ընդհանրապես բնորոշ են հորմոնների փոփոխությունները եւ կտրուկ տատանումները, ինչն իր հերթին կարող է արտացոլվել օրգանիզմի կարեւոր համակարգերի գործառույթների վրա:
Հաճախացած սրտխփոց
Ուժեղ սթրեսին ի պատասխան որոշ մարդկանց մոտ հաճախացած սրտխփոց է սկսվում. օրգանիզմն այդ եղանակով փորձում է մեծացնել արյան շրջանառությունը, որպեսզի կարողանա ավելի հեշտորեն հաղթահարել խնդիրը: Որպես կարճաժամկետ միջոց, հաճախացած սրտփոցն իրոք կարող է օգտակար լինել, բայց եթե սթրեսը խրոնիկական է, դա կարող է վնասել սրտանոթային համակարգի առողջությանը:
Ստամոքսի խանգարում
Մարսողական համակարգը հաճախ սթրեսին արձագանքում է սրտխառնոցով, ստամոքսի խանգարմամբ եւ այլ տհաճ երեւույթներով:
Ախորժակի խնդիրներ
Սովորաբար սթրեսային վիճակում օրգանիզմը ջանում է հնարավորինս շատ էներգիա կուտակել գոյատեւման համար, այդ պատճառով շատերի ախորժակը սթրեսի հետեւանքով նկատելիորեն մեծանում է: Սակայն կան մարդիկ, որոնց ախորժակը սթրեսի հետեւանքով կորում է եւ նրանք չեն կարողանում նորմալ սնվել:

Սթրեսի պարագայում որոշ մարդկանց մոտ մաշկի խնդիրներ են առաջանում, որոնք պայմանավորված են մաշկային ճարպի գերակտիվ արտադրությամբ, ինչը սթրեսի հորմոնի կտրուկ արտազատում է առաջ բերում:

Մկաննների անվերահսկելի կրճատումը, որն առաջացնում է նյարդային համակարգը արյան արտադրությունը խթանելու համար, որպեսզի դա օրգանիզմին օգնի դիմակայել ծանր պայմաններում, կարող է մկանային տհաճ ցավերի հանգեցնել:
