Գյումրիում միկրոավտոբուսի վթարից տուժած քաղաքացիները ստանում են անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն

Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի քաղաքում մայիսի 23-ի գիշերը մարդատար միկրոավտոբուսի վթարից տուժած քաղաքացիները գտնվում են Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոնում և ստանում են անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Վիրավորները 8-ն են, ովքեր ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ, կոտրվածքներ:

Նշենք, որ բժշկական կենտրոնը ողջ գիշեր աշխատել է արտակարգ ռեժիմով: Երիտասարդ և փորձառու բժիշկների համատեղ ջանքերով կազմակերպվել է տուժածների առաջին բուժօգնությունը` պահանջվող ախտորոշիչ ու վիրաբուժական մեթոդներով: Հիվանդներից մեկն ունեցել է զույգ ազդրերի վզիկների կոտրվածքներ՝ տեղաշարժով, աջ սրունքի թաթային հոդի բաց հոդախախտի կոտրվածք, տրավմատիկ շոկ՝ ծանր աստիճանի:  Կատարվել են հակաշոկային միջամտություններ և վիրահատություններ՝ վերքի առաջնային վիրաբուժական մշակում, զննում, ոսկրաբեկորների և ոսկրիկների համադրում, ուղղում, ֆիքսու մ և թաթի ռևասկուլյարիզացիա (անոթների վերականգնում):

Մեկ այլ տուժածի մոտ ախտորոշվել է աջից բազմակի կողերի կոտրվածքներ, նույն կողմից թոքի վնասում, որի հետևանքով պլևրալ խոռոչում դիտվել է արյան և օդի կուտակումներ, այսինքն՝ հեմոպնեմոթորաքս: Ցուցաբերվել է անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն՝ կատարվել է պլևրալ խոռոչի դրենավորում:

Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոնի  տնօրեն Արմեն Իսահակյանի փոխանցմամբ`  այս պահին հիվանդներից չորսը գտնվում են վերակենդանացման, իսկ մյուս չորսը՝ վնասվածքաբանության բաժանմունքներում: Նրանց առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության և ծանր: Տուժածների կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում: Բժշկական կենտրոնը հագեցած է համապատասխան մասնագետներով, անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներով և դեղերով:
