Մերկելը հորդորել է ստեղծել մարդասիրական օգնություն ցույց տալու գլոբալ համակարգ

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը, Ստամբուլում ելույթ ունենալով առաջին Համաշխարհային հումանիտար գագաթնաժողովում, կոչ Է արել վերջ տալ սին խոստումներին եւ ստեղծել մարդասիրական օգնություն ցույց տալու գլոբալ համակարգ:
«Մենք հարկադրված ենք խոսել հումանիտար աղետի մասին՝ քննարկելով Սիրիան: Մենք պետք Է համոզվենք, որ օգնությունը գալիս Է ժամանակին եւ տեղ Է հասցվում: Բայց մենք չենք կարող այն պլանավորել առանձին աղետների գծով, մարդասիրական օգնություն ցույց տալու գլոբալ համակարգ Է հարկավոր: Գերմանիան կավելացնի իր ներդրումը համապատասխան հիմնադրամներում եւ մասնակցությունն այլ ձեւաչափերի օգնություններում:
Մենք պետք Է բարձրացնենք օգնության օպերատիվությունը համաճարակների եւ կլիմայի փոփոխման բացասական հետեւանքների դեպքում: Մենք պետք Է վերջ դնենք սին խոստումներին եւ տանք հումանիտար օգնություն ցույց տալու նոր գլոբալ համակարգի մեկնարկի ազանշանը»,- հայտարարել Է Մերկելը:
Առաջին Համաշխարհային հումանիտար գագաթնաժողովը տեղի Է ունենում մայիսի 23 – 24-ը Ստամբուլում: Այն անցկացվում Է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Գի Մունի նախաձեռնությամբ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Հումանիտար հարցերի համակարգման վարչության կազմակերպական օժանդակությամբ:
Գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցում են 177 երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ, այդ թվում պետությունների եւ կառավարությունների 65 ղեկավարներ: Գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու են հրավիրվել նաեւ ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություններ, միջազգային հումանիտար կառույցներ, ձեռնարկիչներ, ճգնաժամերից տուժած ժողովուրդների ներկայացուցիչներ: Ընդամենը համաժողովին մասնակցում Է շուրջ 5200 մարդ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
