Գագիկ Աթասյանը պնդում է, որ Հրազդանի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն իրեն ենթարկել են բռնության, սահմանափակել ազատ տեղաշարժման իրավունքը (տեսանյութ)

Past.am-ն արդեն անդրադարձել էր Հրազդանի բնակիչ Գագիկ Աթասյանի պայքարին: Այս անգամ նա մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ մի քանի օր առաջ կրկին փորձել է ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրի դիմաց շարունակել իր պայքարը: Ըստ Աթասյանի՝ ոստիկանները վերջինիս տարել են Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն:
«Հասանք այնտեղ, հետո ոստիկաններն ինձ ասացին՝ դու ազատ ես, իրավախախտում չես արել: Բայց Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն են գալիս Հրազդանի ոստիկաններն ու չեն թողնում դարպասներից դուրս գամ, վնասում են գույքս, խլում հեռախոսս, որ չկարողանամ նկարել իմ հանդեպ բռնի ուժ կիրառելը: Երկրորդ հեռախոսով կապ հաստատեցի ՄԻՊ-ի թեժ գիծ, ՄԻՊ-ի գրասենյակի աշխատակիցը լսափողից լսում է, թե ինչպես են ուժ կիրառում: Նաև փորձում էին խեղդել ինձ և լռեցնել: Այդ ժամանակ կտրուկ վատանում է սիրտս, զանգում եմ շտապօգնություն, սակայն ոստիկանները թույլ չեն տալիս ինձ հանել մեքենայից:
Շնորհակալ եմ բժիշկներին: Չնայած ոստիկանների խոչընդոտին, նրանց հաջողվեց պնդել և ինձ տանել հիվանդանոց: Այնտեղ ինձ մոտ սրտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ են հայտնաբերում: Դեղեր ընդունեցի և ոտքի կանգնեցի: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի աշխատողների շնորհիվ էլ կարողացա ստանալ հեռախոսս: Ոստիկանները կրկին թույլ չտվեցին գնալ նախագահական, որպեսզի շարունակեմ կոռուպցիայի դեմ խաղաղ ակցիան, նրանք ինձ բռնի տարան Հրազդան՝ խախտելով ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իմ իրավունքը: Փաստորեն, Հրազդանի իրավապահները կոռուպցիայի դեմ այսպես՝ սպառնալիքով ու բռնությամբ են պայքարում»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
