««Մոսկվային, ցավոք սրտի, չի անհանգստացնում Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճը։ Թեև փորձագետներն այդ մասին վաղուց են զգուշացնում։ Եվ խնդիրն այստեղ միայն Ղարաբաղը չէ, այն բավականին վաղուց է շրջանառվում իսկ այստեղ Գյումրիում ընտանիքի սպանությունը և նման հարցեր։ Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին միաժամանակ ռուսական սպառազինության մատակարարման հարցը, իհարկե, ևս գոյություն ունի, սակայն ՌԴ-ն չի կարող դուրս գալ այդ շրջանակներից, քանի որ դեռևս պատրաստ չէ «ճղվել» Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև նույնիսկ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Երևանը ՀԱՊԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերն Է և գործընկերն է ԵՏՄ-ում»,– մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել միջազգայնագետ, անվտանգության և պաշտպանության ոլորտների փորձագետ, ռուս վերլուծաբան Գրիգորի Տրոֆիմչակը անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականության հետևանքով առաջացած հակառուսական տրամադրություններին։ Նրա խոսքով ամեն ինչ կարող Է լուծվել ավելի պարզ ու այլ եղանակով ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կյանքի մակարդակի բարձրացում այդ կառույցներում ՀՀ անդամակցության հաշվին։

«Այդ դեպքում մարդիկ այս բոլոր խնդիրներին այլ աչքերով կնայեն։ Բայց կյանքի մակարդակի բարելավում չկա, ավելին կա Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի բռնկում։ Այս ամենը միասին վատթարացնում է իրավիճակը։ ՌԴ-ն բազմամյա ճգնաժամի մեջ է, որն առնչվում է ոչ միայն տնտեսությանը, այստեղից էլ մյուս բոլոր խնդիրներն են առաջանում։ Դարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը կարելի էր կարգավորել ուկրաինական պատերազմի մեկնարկից առաջ։ Բայց 2014թ. չափազանց շատ բան փոխեց, և այս ողջ ապակայունացումը սկսեց անդրադառնալ Հարավային Կովկասի վրա»,– նշել Է նա»,–գրում է թերթը։
