Բնակելի տարածության կարիք ունեցող ութ անապահով ընտանիքների խնդիրը լուծված է

Լուծվել է բնակելի տարածության կարիք ունեցող անձանց հերթացուցակում ներառված, սակայն հաստատված համամասնություններին չհամապատասխանող, Մարալիկի և Վանաձորի 8 ընտանիքների՝ (որից՝ 7 ընտանիք Մարալիկից, իսկ մեկը` Վանաձորից) երկար ժամանակ չբնակեցվող կացարաններում բնակեցնելու խնդիրը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Բնակելի տարածության կարիք ունեցող սոցիալապես անապահով և հատուկ խմբերին դասված անձանց կացարանի համար հաշվառման, հերթագրման, ինչպես նաև կացարանի տրամադրման հարցերը կարգավորվում են ՀՀ կառավարության 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 10-ի N1069-Ն որոշմամբ (այսուհետ՝ որոշում): Որոշման 2-րդ հավելվածի 4-րդ կետով սահմանված են, որ սոցիալական բնակարանային ֆոնդ հանդիսացող բազմաբնակարան շենքի կացարանների համար նախարարի հրամանով պետք է սահմանվեն համամասնություններ մանկատան շրջանավարտների, առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած երեխաների, միածնող ընտանիքների, միայնակ կենսաթոշակառուների և սատարող ընտանիքների համար:

Որոշմամբ սահմանվել է նաև ազատ կացարանում բնակեցնելու առաջնահերթությունները՝ կացարանը գտնվելու համայնք, տվյալ տարածաշրջան, մարզ և հանրապետություն:

Բնակելի տարածության կարիք ունեցող անձանց հերթացուցակում ներառված անձինք հիմնականում հրաժարվում են իրենց բնակության վայրի տարածքից դուրս գտնվող սոցիալական բնակարան ստանալու առաջարկից: Մասնավորապես Մարալիկ քաղաքի Շիրազի փողոցի 27 հասցեում և Սպիտակ քաղաքի «Վարպետաց» թաղամասում գտնվող սոցիալական բնակարանային ֆոնդ հանդիսացող շենքերում  տևական ժամանակ չեն համալրվում թվով 8 ազատ կացարանները, քանի որ նշված հերթացուցակում ընդգրկված` իրենց հերթական համարով առաջնահերթ համարվող անձինք բնակվում են հանրապետության այլ բնակավայրերում կամ չեն համապատասխանում ՀՀ կառավարության 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 10-ի N 1069-Ն որոշման 2-րդ հավելվածի 4-րդ կետով սահմանված համամասնություններին:

Որոշումն ընդունվել է 19.05.2016թ. ՀՀ կառավարության հերթական նիստում: Այն ուժի մեջ է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից:
