ԸՕ նախագծում ամրագրվել են տեղամասերում քվեարկության մասնակիցների ցուցակներին ծանոթանալու մեխանիզմներ. ԿԸՀ նախագահ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում ամրագրվել են համապատաասխան մեխանիզմներ, որոնք թուլ են տալիս հենց ընտրական տեղամասում ծանոթանալ ընտրություններին մասնակցած քաղաքացիների ցուցակների հետ:

Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ՏիգրանՄուկուչյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ընտրություններին մասնակցած քաղաքացիների ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակման վերաբերյալ ընդդիմության պնդումներին:

«Ես միշտ իմ կարծիքը հայտնել եմ ստորագրված ցուցակները հրապարակելու վերաբերյալ և ասել, որ այդ ցուցակների հրապարակումը իր մեջ պարունակում է քվեարկությանը մասնակցած անձանց գաղտնիության էլեմենտներ, ուստի հրապարակումը նպատակահարմար չէ: Բայց ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում ամրագրված են հստակ մեխանիզմներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս հենց ընտրական տեղամասերում ծանոթանալ տվյալ տեղամասում քվեարկությանւ մասնակցած անձանց ցուցակներին»,- նշեց Մուկուչյանը:

ՀՀ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում սահմանվել է, որ քվեարկության ավարտից հետո կուսակցությունների վստահված անձինք, ովքեր ցանկություն կունենան ծանոթանալ իրենց տեղամասում քվեարկությանը մասնակցած քաղաքացիների ցուցակին, կարող են դիմել հանձնաժողովի նախագահին և ստանալ քվեարկության մասնակցած քաղաքացիների համարները, որը կարող են համեմատել տեղամասում ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների ցուցակի հետ ու պարզել, թե ովքեր են մասնակցել քվեարկությանը:

ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագիծը խորհրդարանն ընդունել է երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ: Մայիսի 25-ին կայանալիք արտահերթ նիստում ԱԺ-ն կքննարկի ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագիծը երրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունելու հարցը: Համաձայն ՀՀ Սահմանադրության՝ ընտրական օրենսգիրքը պետք է ընդունվի մինչև 2016թ. հունիսի 1-ը:
