Քլիթր-մուրի 45 ամյա բնակիչը դարձել է սեփական շան զոհը:
Շունը հարձակվել է տիրոջ վրա hենց իրենց տանը և սկսել է հոշոտել նրան: Երեխաները փորձել են դուրս քաշել հորը շան բերանից, բայց շունը շատ ուժեղ է գտնվել ու նրանց չի հաջողվել փրկել հորը: Հետո երեխաները ոստիկանություն են զանգահարել:
Երբ ոտիկանները ժամանել են, շանը գտել են ննջասենյակում փակված՝ գազազած վիճակում: Շանը, որը, համարվում էր, թե սթեդֆորդյան պիթբուլ ցեղատեսակի է, հանգստացնել չի հաջողվել և ստիպված են եղել նրան սատկացնել: Տղամարդուն էլ փրկել չի հաջողվել, ու նա մահացել է:
Ընտանիքը ունեցել է ևս երեք շուն, որոնց վերցրել են հետազոտման, պարզելու, արդյոք նրանք որևէ վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում:
Քննիչ Հանթերն ասում է.«Կյանքումս երբեք նման բան չէի տեսել: Շունը մի երեք ժամ կատաղած էր ու նրան հանգստացնել չէր լինում: Ամենուր արյուն էր: Իսկ շունը անընդհատ հաչում էր դռան հետևից, որն այդքան էլ ամուր չէր թվում, և շունն ամեն պահի կարող էր դուրս թռչել ու հարձակվել»:
