Դդումի և մեղրի խառնուրդը՝ լյարդի իրական դարման

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ մեղրն ամենահզոր միջոցներից մեկն է, որը բարձրացնում է իմունիտետը, պայքարում է տարբեր տեսակի բորբոքումների, բակտերիաների և վիրուսների դեմ, ինչպես նաև խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել ստամոքսաղիքային հիվանդությունների և այլ առողջական խնդիրների դեպքում: Իսկ մեղրը դդումի հետ խառնած՝ կարող է օրգանիզմի համար իսկական դարման դառնալ:
Մեղրի և դդումի խառնուրդը կարելի է օգտագործել երիկամների և լեղապարկի քարերի դեմ:
Վերցնում ենք մեծ դդում, մոտավորապես 9 կգ-անոց, մաքրում ենք կեղևը և աղում ենք՝ կուտերի հետ միասին: Ստացված զանգվածին ավելացնում ենք 5կգ մեղր և լավ խառնում ենք: Թողնում ենք մնա 10 օր, կանոնավոր կերպով խառնում ենք: 11-րդ օրը թանզիֆի միջոցով քամում ենք ստացված խառնուրդը, միջուկը թափում ենք: Հյութը խմում ենք օրական 3 անգամ՝ 50գ՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ:
Ըստ fithacker.ru-ի՝ լյարդը մաքրելու համար դդումի մեղրն ուղղակի հրաշալի է, հատկապես, երբ լյարդը նոր է բուժվել հեպատիտից և ծանր դեղամիջոցների կուրսից:
Միջին չափսի դդումի վերևի հատվածը կտրում ենք, հանում ենք կտերը փայտե գդալով:
Ապա դդումի մեջ ենք լցնում մեղրը, մի փոքր խառնում ենք և ծածկում ենք դդումի կափարիչով: Հերմետիկության համար կտրած հատվածը կարող եք ծածկել յուրաքանչյուր տեսակի խմորով: Դդումը դնում ենք մութ վայրում՝ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում, 10 օր շարունակ:
Երբ ժամանակն անցնի, օրական 3 անգամ 1ճ/գ ուտում ենք խառնուրդից՝ ուտելուց 30-40 րոպե առաջ: Կուրսը տևում է 20 օր:
Աղիների ֆունկցիան կարգավորելու համար հարկավոր է օգտագործել հետևյալ բաղադրատոմսը:
150գ կարմիր դդումը մաքրում ենք կտերից և կեղևից, կտրատում ենք քառակուսիներով և տապակում ենք կարագով: Դնում ենք ափսեի մեջ, վրան մեղր ենք լցնում, կարող ենք ընկույզ էլ ավելացնել: Օրվա ընթացքում ուտում ենք:
Դդումի և մեղրի խառնուրդը կարող է պայքարել նաև անքնության և ուղեղի ծանրաբեռնվածության դեմ, պարզապես քնելուց առաջ պետք է դդումի միջուկի և մեղրի թուրմ խմել: Այս միջոցը կօգնի հանգստանալ և կհանի օրվա լարվածությունը:
