Հայաստանի արժանի պատասխանը Ղազախստանին.«Ժամանակ»

«Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նազարբաևի պահանջով ԵՏՄ վարչապետների հանդիպումնը, որ նախատեսված էր անցկացնել Երևանում, ինչպես հայտնի է, չեղյալ հայտարարվեց։ Պատճառը քառօրյա պատերազմն էր։
Ակնհայտ էր, որ այդ քայլով Ղազախստանի նախագահը իր զորակցությունն էր հայւոնում պատերազմական գործողություններ սկսած Ադրբեջանին։
Պաշտոնապես վարչապետների հանդիպումը Հայաստանում չանցկացնելու պատճառաբանությունը պատերազմական վիճակն էր։ Իբր՝ Հայաստանը գտնվում է ոչ կայուն - վիճակում։ Բայց կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ ոչ ոք ապահովագրված չէ երկրում ստեղծվող անկայուն վիճակից։
Արդեն քանի օր է՝ հուզումներ են տեղի ունենում Ղազախստանում։ Մարդիկ դուրս են եկել փողոց ընդդեմ հողային նոր օրենսգրքում կատարվող փոփոխությունների։ Կան բազմաթիվ ձերբակալվածներ։ Մայիսի 21-ից սկսած ձերբակալվածների մեջ մեծ է լրագրողների թիվը, որոնց հանրահավաքի վայրից ոստիկանական բաժանմունք են տարել բռնությունների արդյունքում՝ առգրավելով նրանց հեռախոսներն ու աշխատանքային գործիքները։ Մեծ թվով քրեակպն գործեր են հարուցվել ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ։ Բողոքի միջոցառոմները ոստիկանների կողմից մեկնաբանվում են որպես չարտոնված, ինչը նրանց հնարավորություն է տալիս ձերբակալել մասնակիցներին։
Ըստ էության, Ղազախստանում այսօր վիճակը կայուն համարել հնարավոր չէ։ Ստեղծված վիճակում հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյո՞ք տեղին չէ ի պատասխան Ղազախստանի ապրիլյան քայլի առաջարկել, որ Ղազախստանում մայիսի 31– ին սպասվող ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների նախագահների հանդիպումն այլ քաղաք տեղափոխվի: Եթե հայաստանյան իշխանությունները դրսևորեն նման համարձակություն և գնան այդ քայլին, ապա դա Հայաստանի կողմից կլինի ամենալավ պատասխանը Ղազախստանին։
Նկատենք, որ Ղազախստանում տևական ժամանակ սկսած խժդժությունների պատճառը բնավ էլ հողային օրենսգրքում կատարված փոփոխությունները չեն։ Իրականում այդպիսի խնդիր բնավ էլ չկա։ Իրենց մամուլից էլ կարելի է տեղեկանալ, որ 10 տարվա վարձակալության ժամկետը դարձրել են 25 տարի, որպեսզի խթանվեն ներդրումները, որոնք կատարվում են ռիսկային համարվող գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում։
Ղազախստանում սկսված խռովությունները, բողոքի ակցիաներն ավելի շատ մարդկանց ներսում վաղուց կուտակված դժգոհությունն է կապված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի, սղաճի, ազգային արժույթի արժեզրկման, աշխատատեղերի կրճատման հետ։ Մարդկանց մոտ պարզ հարց է առաջանում, թե լինելով այսքան հարուստ երկիր, ինչու իիենց կյանքը չի բարելավվում, մի բան էլ՝ գնալով սկսում են ավելի վատ ապրել»,–գրում է թերթը։
