1 լիտր գոլ կաթ, որից վերցնում ենք 1 բաժակը,  դրա մեջ լուծում 1թ.գ թթխմորը, 1 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ և 1 ճաշի գդալ ալյուր:

Լավ խառնում ենք և թողնում , որ մասսան բարձրանա:Մնացած կաթի մեջ գցում ենք 1 հատ ձու,1 ճաշի գդալ շաքարավազ, 1-2 ճաշի գդալ ձեթ,1 (ոչ լիքը) ճաշի գդալ աղ, թթխմորի  խառնուրդը և ալյուր այնքան(ինչքան վերցնի) , որ դառնա ձեռքերին չկպչող խմոր:

Երբ թթխմորային մասսան բարձրանում է խառնում ենք ընդհանուրին,ավելացնելով մնացած մթերքները ձու, ձեթ, աղ, ալյուր և այլն:

Հունցում խմոր:

Խմորը ծածկում ենք և թողնում տաք տեղում որ բարձրանա;Հետո արդեն կտրում ենք խմորից կտորներ,,ձեռքով բացում սեղանի վրա,դրա մեջ դնում ենք կարտոֆիլից ֆարշը ծայրերը միացնում, տալիս կարկանդակի տեսք   և տապակում երկու կողմից առատ ձեթի մեջ ֆրի եղանակով :

Եփված և տրորած կարտոֆիլ, կտրատված թարմ գինձ կամ սամիթ,տապակած գլուխ (սոխառած), կարմիր քաղցր աղացած պղպեղ, խառնել իրար և օգտագործել որպես միջուկ:
