Այս ըմպելիքն առավոտից կբարձրացնի ձեր տրամադրությունը և կպահպանի այն ողջ օրվա ընթացքում: Բացի այդ՝ նարնջի հյութով կակաոն նպաստում է խոլեստերինի հավասարակշռության կարգավորմանը և արագ առաջացնում է հագեցածության զգացում: Հյութի պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ է քերել նարնջի կեղևից մի հատված և ճզմել մրգի կեսի հյութը: Ապա անհրաժեշտ է եփել կակաոն, դրան ավելացնել կաթ և նարնջի հյութը՝ քերած կեղևի հետ: Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է մի կաթիլ մեղր հավելել:

Այս ըմպելիքը սուրճի լիարժեք փոխարինող է: Կիտրոնաթփի թեյը կտա ուժ և էներգիա, ինչպես նաև կօգնի հաղթահարել ընկճախտը: Բացի այդ՝ կիտրոնաթուփը դրական է ազդում լյարդի վրա և լավացնում է հիշողությունը: Ըմպելիքի պատրաստման համար 10 գրամ երիտասարդ չորացրած ընձյուղների և տերևների վրա 1 լիտր եռման ջուր լցրե՛ք: Կարելի է նաև սովորական թեյի տերևներ ավելացնել:
