Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մայիսի 25-ին ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ Էդելգարդ Բուլմանին: Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է կատարվել հունիսի 2-ին Բունդեսթագում քննարկվելիք Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտող բանաձևի նախագծին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ողջունելով Էդելգարդ Բուլմանին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը բարձր է գնահատել երկու երկրների բարեկամական հարաբերությունները՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրանցում մեծ դեր են խաղում Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի օրենսդիր մարմինների միջև ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունն ու շփումները։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է կատարվել հունիսի 2-ին Բունդեսթագում քննարկվելիք Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտող բանաձևի նախագծին: Նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշեց, որ այս բանաձևի ընդունումը նշանակալի քայլ կլինի պատմական արդարության վերականգնման և նման հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման գործում: Այս առումով Բունդեսթագի փոխնագահն ընդգծեց, որ Ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը կնպաստի տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությանն ու կայունությանը, հայ և թուրք ժողովուրդների միջև հաշտեցմանը։ Նա հավելեց, որ կարևոր է, միշտ կենդանի պահելո վ անցյալի մասին հիշողությունը, ոգեկոչել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը։ Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահի բնորոշմամբ` Գերմանիայի օրենսդիր մարմինը պետք է գնահատական տա Գերմանական կայսրության դերին, քանի որ Գերմանիան այն ժամանակ եղել է Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցը և չի կանխել կատարված ոճրագործությունները։
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն ու Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահը քննարկեցին երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգի բազմաթիվ հարցեր։ Նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ ս.թ. ապրիլին Հայաստանի Հանրապետեության Նախագահի՝ ԳԴՀ կատարած պաշտոնական այցելությունը, Գերմանիայի ղեկավարության հետ ունեցած հանդիպումներն ու դրանց ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները լուրջ խթան հաղորդեցին տարբեր ոլորտներում երկու երկրների միջև փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը։
Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի համատեքստում զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան Վիեննայում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպմանը ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործմանը՝ շեշտելով հանձնառությունների անվերապահ կատարման կարևորությունը։
Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը և Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահը մտքեր փոխանակեցին ԵԱՀԿ գերմանական նախագահության առաջնահերթությունների իրագործման, ԵԱՀԿ օրակարգային հարցերի շուրջ»։
