Կառավարությունը Քաղցրաշենի ծրագրի այլընտրանքային լուծումների շուրջ բանակցում է ՀԲ-ի հետ

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն ունի հանձնարարական` բանակցելու Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ Քաղցրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգի կառուցման ծրագրի համար այլընտրանքային լուծումներ գտնելու նպատակով: Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այդ մասին տեղեկացրեց Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիետի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը:
«Գառնու ծրագիրը սկսել է 2013 թվականից, բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ընթացակարգերն անցել է, ստացել է շինթույլտվություն: Այսօր ունենք հանձնարարական` բանակցելու Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ` այլընտրանքային լուծումներ գտնելու համար:
Միգուցե ջրառի տեղը փոխելու կամ այլ լուծում գտնվի, ինչին մենք ձեռնամուխ ենք եղել»,- ասաց Արամ Հարությունյանը` հավելելով, որ ներկայում քննարկման փուլում են և տեղեկատվություն կկարողանան տրամադրել այդ քննարկումների ավարտից հետո:
«Այն աշխատանքները, որ իրականացվել են, անտեղի չեն կորելու: Քանի որ այս պահին վերջնական պայմանավորվածություն չունենք, դժվար է կանխատեսել հետագա ընթացքը, բացի այդ` կանխատեսումը կարող է աշխատանքներին խանգարել»,- հավելեց պաշտոնյան:
