«Հայաստանում մայիսի 3-ից գործում է «Եվրոպական ակումբ»։ Այդ օրը բացումն են արել և առաջին քննարկումը։ Այն ստեղծվել է ԵՊՀ Եվրոպական ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոնի և Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության հետ համատեղ։ Նպատակն է համախմբել հայկական և եվրոպական համալսարանների և հետազոտական կենտրոնների փորձագետներին՝ ԵՄ քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ քննարկումներն անցկացնելու նպատակով։ Քննարկումները կկայանան փակ ձևաչափով։ Ակումբը պլանավորում է այս տարի ունենալ 7 նիստ, այսինքն՝ ամիսը 1 անգամ։ Հունիսի սկզբին կլինի ակումբի 2-րդ նիստը։

Հայաստանում նախկինում հիմնականում ստեղծվել են ռուսական ակումբներ, ամենահայտնին «Գրիբոյեդով ակումբն» է, որի հիմնադիրը Կրեմլի քաղաքականության թիվ 1 քարոզիչն է՝ Դմիտրի Կիսելյովը։ Ակումբը Հայաստանում գործում է 2014-ից։ Ուշագրավ է, որ «Եվրոպական ակումբ» ստեղծվեց այն ժամանակ, երբ «Գրիբոյեդով ակումբը» գրեթե կազմաքանդվել է։ Կիսելյովի՝ Հայաստանում արված սկանդալային հայտարարություններից ու բողոքի ալիք բարձրանալուց հետո գրիբոյեդովականներն այլևս ամեն ամիս չեն հավաքվում։ Երկարատև ընդմիջումից հետո այս տարվա մարտ ամսին եղել է վերջին հավաքը, որին հյուրընկալվել էր խորհրդային հայտնի գեղասահորդուհի, ՌԴ պետդումւսյի պատգամավոր Իրինա Ռոդնինան։ Ակումբի անդամները հաջորդ նիստի մասին տեղեկություն չունեն։ Տեսակետ կա, որ «Եվրոպական ակումբը» «Գրիբոյեդովին» որպես այլընտրանք է ստեղծվել և ճիշտ ժամանակին՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո, երբ հակառուսական տրամադրությունները հասան պիկին»»,–գրում է թերթը։
