«Կարմիր գծերը, արագաչափերը ու տեսանկարահանող մյուս սարքերն իսկական պատուհաս են դարձել վարորդների համար։ Երթևեկել Երևան քաղաքում կամ հանրապետության այլ տարածքներում և չտուգանվել՝ գրեթե անհնար է։ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունից խախտման վերաբերյալ ծանուցում վարորդին կարող է գալ անգամ այն պարագայում, երբ նա ոչ մի խախտում էլ չի կատարել: Այդպիսի դեպքի հանդիպել են ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն+կարմիր գծեր ֆեյսբուքյան նախաձեռնության անդամները։ Վարորդների իրավունքների խախտումներով զբաղվող փաստաբան Արտակ Խաչատրյանը համադրելով օրական կատարված խախտումների և դրանք ուսումնասիրողների թիվը՝ արձանագրում է, որ ոստիկանության 14 աշխատակից օրական չի կարող ուսումնասիրել մոտ 5000 ակտ։
Դա ֆիզիկապես անգամ հնարավոր չէ։ «14 հոգի են այդ համադրող-պարզողները, որոնք նույնիսկ աշխատում են հերթափոխով, արձակուրդ են գնում։ Եվ մենք եթե համադրում ենք այդ անձանց քանակը խախտումների քանակի հետ, ապա ստացվում է օրական մոտ 5000 խախտում, և հնարավոր չէ, որ 14 հոգին ճշտորեն համադրի դրանք», - ասաց Խաչատրյանը՝ ընդգծելով, թե այդտեղից կարելի է հետևություն անել, թե որքան սխալ ու չհիմնավորված խախտումներ կարող են լինել։ Ի դեպ, մենք փորձեցինք նաև ոստիկանությունից պարզել, թե քանի աշխատակից ունեն, ովքեր ուսումնասիրում-համադրում են ճանապարհային խախտումները, սակայն մեր գրությունն այդպես էլ անպատասխան մնաց»,–գրում է թերթը։
